SECTION 1: PROMOTION
1. Promotion:

Promotion Period:
The Promotion will occur between 6am on Wednesday,
26 February 2014 to 10pm
on Saturday, 22 March 2014. All times recorded thro
ughout these terms and conditions are in Australian
Western Standard Time.
Entry Period:
Entries will be accepted for the Promotion each Gam
ing Day between 6am and 9.59pm.
SECTION 2: ELIGIBILITY
3. Eligibility:
To be eligible to enter the Promotion, the entrant
must be 18 years of age or older.
4. Non-Eligibility:
In addition to the criteria for being eligible, pe
rsons are not eligible to enter the
Promotion or win any Prize if:
a. they are an employee of the Promoter or an emplo
yee of one of the Promoter’s related entities who
is primarily based in Perth (
Promoter Employee
);
b. they are an immediate family member, being a spo
use, partner, sibling, parent or child, of the
following Promoter Employees:

All members of the Executive Team;
c. they are excluded for any reason from the proper
ty of the Promoter;
d. any personal information or contact details are
entered incorrectly; or
e. they are a VIP Program Player (anyone not domici
led in Western Australia and / or interstate or
overseas program player).
SECTION 3: ENTRY TO THE PROMOTION
5. Entry:
Eligible entrants can earn entries in the following
ways:

Crown Club members will receive one entry for e
very 50 Crown Club points they earn between
6am to 9.55pm each Gaming Day, up to a maximum of 2
0 entries each Gaming Day. Crown
Club members can earn points from gaming, as well a
s by dining at participating restaurants
across Crown Perth, in accordance with Crown Club t
erms and conditions. These entries must
be redeemed from a VIK machine by 9.55pm on the Gam
ing Day that they are earned.

Active Mailable Crown Club members will receive
two bonus entry forms each Gaming Day,
which they must redeem from a VIK machine by 9.55pm
on the Gaming Day that they are
earned.

An eligible entrant that is not a Crown Club member
but signs up to become a Crown Club
member on a Gaming Day between 6am and 9.55pm will
receive one bonus entry form from a
Crown Club host at the time of becoming a Crown Clu
b member. If this eligible entrant also
agrees to be contacted by the Promoter by postal ma
il, on the Gaming Day the eligible entrant
becomes a Crown Club member, they will receive an a
dditional bonus entry form, which they
can only redeem from a VIK machine prior to 9.55pm
on the Promotion Day in which they
became a Crown Club member.

Eligible entrants must claim their entry forms
from a VIK machine between 6am each to
9.55pm each Gaming Day. Entry forms can only be cla
imed on the Gaming Day that they are
earned, and are only valid for that Gaming Day. In
the event of a VIK malfunction a Crown
Club host is to provide the entrant with a manual e
ntry form.
In addition to the above entry mechanisms, eligible
entrants can earn entries in the following ways

To enter the Prize Draws, eligible entrants must pl
ace their completed entry form in one of the corres
ponding
Prize Draw barrels located next to the promotional
stage in the Casino, in the Meridian Room or in the
Pearl
Room before a Prize Draw to be eligible for all sub
sequent Prize Draws that Gaming Day. The barrel in
the
Meridian Room will be emptied 10 minutes prior to e
ach Prize Draw and the barrel in the Pearl Room wil
l be
emptied 15 minutes prior to each Prize Draw. A repr
esentative of the Promoter will place all entries r
emoved
from the Meridian Room barrel and the Pearl Room ba
rrel into the barrel next to the promotional stage
in the
Casino before the commencement of each Prize Draw.
No further entry forms will be accepted in the
Meridian Room or Pearl Room after the emptying of t
he barrels(s) and all entries must be placed in the
barrel
next to the promotional stage.
SECTION 4: DRAWS/PROMOTIONAL GAME
6. Prize
Draws:
At approximately 2pm, 7pm and 10pm each day of the
Promotion Period, a representative
of the Promoter will conduct a random barrel based
draw of all entries in the Prize Draw barrel at the
promotional stage, Crown Perth to determine one ent
rant to participate in the Promotional Game per
Prize Draw, who must claim their right to participa
te in the Promotional Game in accordance With Term
11. If the drawn entrant claims his/her right to th
e participate in the Promotional Game in accordance
with
Term 11 that entry will not be returned to the barr
el but will be kept for verification purposes. If t
he draw
entrant does not claim his/her right to the Prize i
n accordance with Term 11, All entries will remain
in the
barrel until the completion of the 10pm draw each G
aming Day, after which the barrel will be emptied o
f
all entries.
Promotional Game:
Participants will be required to stand in front of
a plasma screen and a physical
buzzer on the promotion stage. Six vinyl records wi
ll be presented on the plasma screen and will
illuminate individually at a fast pace. Participant
s are required to press the buzzer to select one vi
nyl
record and reveal one of the concealed values below

‘Spin the Wheel’
If the ‘Spin the Wheel’ value is shown, the partici
pant will get spin the Promotion Game Wheel on the
promotion stage where the wheel must be spun to det
ermine the prize. Promotion Game Wheel consists
of the following wedges:

4 x $1,500
•
6 x $2,000
•
1 x $5,000
•
1 x $10,000
•
1 x $25,000
For the prize to be valid, the promotion game wheel
must make two uninterrupted 360
̊
clockwise
rotations from the point of release. Anything less
will be void and a re-spin will take place up to a
maximum of three re-spins. Any spin resulting in an
uncertain outcome will be void and a re-spin will
take
place. If the spin requirements are not met after t
hree re-spins, $1,500 will be awarded to the partic
ipant
as a default prize. Each Participant must comply wi
th the directions of the Promoter, whose decision w
ill
be final. Any failure to comply with the rules of t
he Promotional Game or the directions of the Promot
er
may result in immediate disqualification of the Par
ticipant and of the right to win a Prize, or any ot
her
consequence, as determined by the Promoter in its s
ole discretion and no correspondence will be
entered into. Only the person stated on the entry f
orm may participate in the Promotional Game. A
Participant who is unable to participate due to hea
lth, medical or other reasons as approved by the
Promoter, is permitted to nominate a proxy to parti
cipate on their behalf. The nominated proxy will on
ly
be entitled to participate in the Promotional Game
if that proxy has not personally participated in an
y
other Promotional Game during the entire Promotion.
7. Prize Winner:
The Prize(s) described below in Section 5 will be
awarded to each Participant as
determined in accordance with Term 6.
SECTION 5: PRIZE
8. Prize:
The Prize(s) for each Participant will be the Priz
e determined in accordance with the Promotional
Game as described in Term 7.
9. Prize Value:
The maximum total retail value of the Prize(s) is:
$1,875,000.
10. Prize Conditions:
The Prize(s) are subject to the following conditio
ns:
a.
No exchange of Prize:
If for any reason, a Prize Winner cannot take any
component of the Prize(s) or
the Prize(s), then the Prize will be forfeited.
b.
Ancillary Costs:
Subject to any provision to the contrary, and if ap
plicable, all transport, meals,
beverages, spending money, insurances, service char
ges, taxes, transfers and ancillary costs, includin
g
cost of travel to and from the airport and the prop
erty are not included in a Prize unless specified a
nd are
the responsibility of the Prize Winner.
c.
Taxes:
If a Prize(s) or receipt of it incurs a tax liabil
ity, the Prize Winner is liable for payment of such
tax.
d.
Prize Availability:
Subject to any provision to the contrary, and if a
pplicable, all components of the
Prize(s), including accommodation are subject to av
ailability and any separate and individual terms an
d
conditions applicable to that Prize, some of which
may not be within the control of the Promoter. In t
