Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with terms and conditions is invalid.
Entry is open to residents of Australia who have a valid email address (“Eligible Entrant”).Employees of the Promoter, the Promoters associated companies, the Promoters agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter to enter.
The Promotion commences at midnight on January 6th 2014 and closes at 3:30pm January 24th 2014 (‘Promotion Period’)
To Enter
Phone Entry at various times during the Competition Period.
Listeners will be invited to call 5229 9939 within a specified time period.
On-air, station announcers will start the timer (Beat the bubble before it pops)– whilst the timer is running, random numbers will be mentioned ranging 1-40, for example; 1,35 , 10, 15, 21 etc. These numbers represent an amount of registrations the listener will receive when they call “stop” before the timer (bubble pops) expires. Registrations are in the form of ping pong balls.
The amount of registrations received is dependent on when the listener calls stop and the closest spoken number at that point.
Listeners if successful in registering are entitled to once only registering.
Should the listener fail to call “stop” before the timer expires (bubble pops) the registration is void.
The listener is entitled to re-register no sooner than after 3hrs has lapsed.

The Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion the Promoter will continue to invite entrants to call 5229 9939 (at times determined by the Promoter) to beat the timer.
Major Draw
Registrations in the form of ping pong balls are placed in a 900ltr spa.
The numbered ping pong balls are linked to the contestant’s registration details.
The linked person to the first Ping Pong Ball drawn is the nominated winner.
The Promoter reserves the right to require an entrant to provide the proof that every entry they made was valid before awarding a prize
The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any individual entrant or group of entrants for tampering with entry process, including but not limited to the utilisation of techniques designed to avoid payment of call costs or for making multiple entries that are not associated with a separate Eligible Purchase, or for submitting an entry which is not otherwise in accordance with these conditions of entry.
In the case that the Promoter finds evidence of tampering by the entry process or the verification process, in addition to declaring any or all entries made by the entrant invalid, the Promoter may in its complete discretion preclude that the entrant from participation in any or all future promotions of the promoter.
All valid entries received during the promotion Period will be entered in the prize draw.

A prize draw will be conducted January 26th 2014 at 8:00pm,Wharf Shed Cafe 15 Eastern Beach Road Geelong, Victoria 3220.
All winners will be notified in writing within 48 hours of the prize draw and their names and postcodes will be published in The Australian on January 31st 2014.

Prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash
Prize value is correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Each entry becomes the property of the promoter.
Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondents will be entered into.
If a prize remains unclaimed by February 28th 2014 despite the Promoters best efforts to contact a winner, then subject to any written directions given by a relevant lotteries or gamming authority the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same time and place as the original prize draw will continue until all unclaimed prizes have been distributed. Any winner in such a draw will be notified in writing with in 48hrs of the draw and their name and postcode will be published in The Australian on March 28th 2014.
Subject to the approval process required by any real=vent gamming or lotteries authority, in the event that any prize item is unavailable despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure with in Australia, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item or greater value.
Prizes will only be delivered in Australia; the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the admiration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission.
