1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.

2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause
2.2, entry is open to all residents of
Australia where the Channel Seven signal is received.

are not eligible to enter.

3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The Competition commences on Sunday
5th January 2014 at 01:00 (AEDT) and
concludes on Saturday 18th January 23:00
(AEDT) (“the Competition Period”).
3.2 Entrants must watch Network Seven
and affiliated channels throughout the Competition
Period wherein a Competition spot will
air from time to time during commercial
airtime.
3.3 To enter viewers must log on to
yahoo7.com.au/47ronin and register their entry
by answering the following question
in 25 words or less: “The 47 Ronin
were a group of samurai that fought to
restore honour to their people. What is something you would fight for?”

Entrants must also provide details of their
name, address (including postcode), state, daytime telephone number (including STD
area code), age and email address.
Entries will be judged on creativity and
originality and chance plays no part
in this Competition.

Entries must be received within the Competition Period.
3.5 Entrants (including winners) in the Competition may enter as many times
as they like but each entry must be:

(a) the original independent creation of the
entrant; and (b) free from any
claims, including copyright or trademark
claims, by other parties.

3.6 Entry details remain the property of
the Promoter and will not be returned
to the entrant.

Entrants agree to grant the Promoter
a perpetual and non-­‐exclusive
licence to their entries in all media
worldwide and acknowledge that they will
not be to any fee for such use.
