2 FOR 1 MOVIE VOUCHER OFFER
The 2 for 1 movie voucher offer is administered by TLC Marketing, 88 Cumberland St, The Rocks, Sydney. All correspondence regarding the voucher offer should be directed to this address.
The 2 for 1 movie voucher offer is only available to customers of Personalised Plates Queensland who are in receipt of a 2 for 1 Movie Code. 2 for 1 Movie Codes will be sent to selected customers via email from PPQ.
The 2 for 1 Movie Code will entitle the customer to purchase two (2) full priced adult cinema movie vouchers for the price of one (1) full priced adult movie voucher + $2.50 admin fee from the redemption website (as specified in the notification email).
The 2 for 1 Movie Code is valid for 6 consecutive months from the day of activation. 2 for 1 Movie Codes must be activated (by first purchase) no later than 28/02/2014. Last date to claim the vouchers is 31/08/2014 if the Movie Code is activated on 28/02/2014.
Customers can use their 2 for 1 Movie Code to purchase multiple eligible 2 for 1 movie vouchers, however, each customer can purchase a maximum of one (1) eligible 2 for 1 movie voucher per day – subject to promotional availability.
Winners of the Combo Callout Competition will be emailed a 2 for 1 Movie Code and will be directed online to
www.tlcmarketing.com.au/PPQmovies to purchase the eligible 2 for 1 movie vouchers pursuant to these terms. Customers can opt to have their eligible 2 for 1 movie vouchers sent by post (postal vouchers) or email (eVouchers). Some cinemas only offer postal vouchers. Postal vouchers and eVouchers are directly exchangeable for movie tickets at participating cinemas. A list of participating cinemas can be found online at

Post Option: By using the Movie Code, customers can purchase one full priced adult movie voucher and pay a $2.50 admin fee to be sent two adult movie vouchers to their nominated postal address. Each postal voucher is priced at the standard admission price of $18.50 and is valid for a single use at participating cinemas in Australia including Event Cinemas, Greater Union, Birch Carroll & Coyle and Village Cinemas. Each postal movie voucher can be exchanged for one movie ticket at a participating cinema. Postal movie vouchers purchased before 2.30pm on a weekday will be dispatched on the same day by standard post (from Sydney). Postal movie vouchers purchased after 2.30pm on a weekday or at any time on a weekend will be dispatched on the next business day by standard post (from Sydney). The postal vouchers are valid for a minimum of six months from the date of purchase and must be presented at a participating cinema to be redeemed.
eVoucher Option: By using the Movie Code, customers can purchase one (1) full priced adult movie eVoucher valued at $18.50 and pay the admin fee of $2.50, to be sent two adult movie eVouchers to their nominated email address. Each eVoucher is priced at the standard admission price of $18.50 and is valid for single use at participating cinemas in Australia including Event Cinemas, Greater Union, Birch Carroll & Coyle and Village Cinemas Australia wide. The eVouchers are valid for a minimum of six months from the date of purchase and must be printed and presented at a participating cinema in exchange for movie tickets.
Only Visa and MasterCard payments will be accepted when purchasing eligible 2 for 1 movie vouchers. Once a voucher is purchased no refunds are available, other than where required by law. Your purchase will appear on your credit statement as a debit from TLC MARKETING WORLDW THE ROCKS.
Postal vouchers/eVouchers can be used to redeem movie tickets at participating cinemas Australia-wide in 2D movies sessions, excluding after 5pm on Saturdays. Postal vouchers or eVouchers cannot be used for any 3D presentations, Movie Marathons and any other special screening.
Postal voucher/eVoucher must be presented at a participating cinema and possession of a postal voucher/eVoucher does not guarantee or reserve a seat. Seating is subject to availability.
It is the responsibility of the customer to use the postal voucher/eVoucher by the specified expiry date. The postal voucher/eVoucher is sold with the understanding and acceptance that vouchers will not be extended or replaced.
Postal vouchers/eVouchers cannot be transferred or sold without the prior written consent of participating cinemas.
The postal vouchers/eVouchers are not transferable and cannot be re-sold.
Please note that due to advance booking policies the film you wish to attend may be sold out and seats might not be available. Use of the postal vouchers/eVouchers are subject to availability and may be limited during public and school holidays.
The holder of the postal vouchers/eVouchers is not entitled to any preferential right over other cinema patrons.
Film classification rules apply. ID may be required.
Postal vouchers/eVouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change given. Postal vouchers/eVouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other special or offer where the admission value of the special or offer is greater than the value of a standard admission ticket.
To the extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter, TLC nor their agents or distributors accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged postal vouchers/eVouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or vouchers.
To the extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor TLC is liable for any loss suffered by customers when using the movie vouchers/eVouchers.
To the extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter or TLC, their agents or distributors will in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the purchaser or other bearer, or accept any liability for (a) any non-acceptance by a venue of the postal vouchers/eVouchers, or (b) any inability by the purchaser/bearer to use the postal vouchers/eVouchers properly or at all, or (c) the contents, accuracy or use of either the postal vouchers/eVouchers or the venue listing, nor will any of them be liable for any personal loss or injury occurring at the venue.
Neither the Promoter, TLC, nor their agents and distributors guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered by the venues and, to the extent permitted by law, they cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage.
Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia.
Any disputes between customers pertaining to the use of the postal voucher/eVouchers are strictly between the customers and the participating cinema.
TLC collects customers’ personal information (from qualifying purchasers) in order to conduct this promotion and facilitate the distribution of movie vouchers to PPQ customers. TLC may disclose this information to suppliers and/or their respective agents for these purposes. Personal information collected for the purposes of this promotion will be used for the purposes of the promotion only. Purchase is conditional on providing this information. Customers should direct any request to access, update or correct information to TLC.
If the Offer becomes unavailable, TLC reserves the right to withdraw or substitute the 2 for 1 movie voucher offer with one of equal or greater value. Any persons taking advantage of this Offer does so with complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.
