Terms and Conditions

1. Entry is open to all permanent residents of Australia (excluding residents of the ACT) only aged 18 years and over.



2. To enter, entrants must register their original entry as directed at https://www.facebook.com/myprosperity.com.au. Further referral entries may be gained by participants referring friends and/or family to the promotion via the promotion referral mechanism; where such a mechanism applies, the promotion will make this clear.

3. Where a referred person (‘referee’) enters the promotion, and the entry can be attributed via the promotion referral mechanism to the participant that made the referral (‘the referrer’), the referrer shall receive an additional entry into the promotion draw.

4. Promotion dates are as follows:
- Commences 21/01/14 at 12:00am AEST
- Closes 14/02/14 at 11:59pm AEST
- Drawn 17/02/14 at 12:00pm AEST at 1/1 Oxley Rd, Hawthorn, Vic, 3122


5. The first valid entry drawn will Win the following prize:

6. myprosperity will notify the winner by email or Facebook Private Message, and publish their name on www.facebook.com/myprosperity.com.au on 18/02/14.


7. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Any tax implications are the responsibility of the winner.


8. Total maximum prize pool value is $988.40 RRP


9. In the event of any prize/s being unclaimed by 28/02/14, a further draw will take place to determine a replacement winner. Replacement draw will take place 5pm EST on 1/03/14 at 1/1 Oxley Rd, Hawthorn Vic 3122. Winners in any replacement draw will be notified by email and their name published on www.facebook.com/myprosperity.com.au on the same day.


10. Prize values are the recommended retail values as provided by the suppliers and are correct at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize.


11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
