To be eligible to enter the competition you must log on to MemberAccess, check your details and update them if necessary (
www.clubplus super.com.au/logontowin) between 29 January 2014 and 5:00 pm on 28 February 2014.
Only one entry per membership.
Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
Prizes are not exchangeable and non–transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for changes in prize value.
Employees of Club Plus Super and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the promotion.
This is a game of chance. A winning name will be randomly selected at 4pm AEST on 3 March 2014 at the Promoter’s Head Office located at Level 11, 66 Hunter Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified by telephone and email by 5 March 2014.
The winners agree at the Promoter’s request to participate in any promotional activity regarding their win and consent to their name and image being used in promotional material.
The prize consists of one of four Westfield shopping vouchers at A$200 each. Total prize pool is valued at A$800.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including without limitation, indirect, consequential or indirect loss), cost or damage, personal injury or death which is suffered (whether or not due to the negligence of any person) in connection with entering the competition or using the prize, except any liability which cannot be excluded by law (and, if so, that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
The judge for this competition will be the Online Marketing Manager of Club Plus Super. The judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
We will endeavour to send the prize within a month of the competition draw date, but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time, cancel, suspend or vary the competition if for any reason it is not capable of being conducted as planned, subject to approval of all relevant State and Territory Lottery Departments.
If the initial prize winner is not contactable and does not claim their prize by Tuesday 20 March 2014, there will be a redraw. The redraw will take place at 11:00AM on 23 March 2014 at Level 11, 66 Hunter Street, NSW 2000, and the redrawn winner will be notified in writing.
