At the end of 2013, Jasmine Leong – our intrepid Scientriffic and The Helix magazine editor – ventured to Antarctica on a journey of a lifetime.

She took along a commemorative 2013 Aurora Australis coin from the Perth Mint on her journey. We think that makes it one pretty special coin.

The coin needs a good home, so YOU now have a chance to WIN the Australian Antarctic Territory Series Coin that went to Antarctica with Jas!

To go in the running to WIN all you have to do is write a short poem about Antarctica.

Entering the competition assigns copyright to Double Helix. 4. Double Helix will select the best answer based upon originality and creativity. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.  5.
