QUOKKA EASTER COMPETITON
1. Instructions on how to enter, prize details and other information within the promotional advertisements form part of these terms and conditions. Entry into this competition is
deemed to be acceptance of these conditions of entry.
2. One valid entry consists of one original entry form, published weekly in the Quokka, completed with your name, address, age and phone number.
3. Only original entry forms, published within Quokka are valid. Photocopies and Facsimiles are not valid.
4. Entries to be posted to the address stated on the entry form, or as listed below.
5. Last mail to be received by Friday 11th April 2014.
6. The draw(s) of the Quokka Easter Competition will take place Tuesday 15th April 2014 and supervised by Quokka Management.
7. The Winner of each prize will be announced in Quokka Edition Thursday 17th April 2014 and not notified before.
8. Each prize must be collected from The Newspaper House, 50 Hasler Road, Osborne Park.
9. Employees of the participating prize provider, Quokka Press, West Australian Newspapers Holdings Limited, newsagents and associated subsidiaries and their
immediate families are ineligible to enter.
10. Each prize must be taken as supplied from the promoter and cannot be exchanged for the cash equivalent or items currently discounted or transferred.
11. Management decision is fi nal and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered in to.
12. The promoters reserve the right to limit entry or amend the rules if considered necessary without notice.
13. The organisers accept no liability for personal injury, illness or death as a result of the prize.
14. Name and addresses, recorded with permission of the individual will be used for marketing/promotional activities of Quokka Press.
15. All entries become and remain the property of the promoters.
