Mother’s Day – High Tea
Terms and Conditions

 1. The competition will run from 22 April 2014 to 5 May 2014.

2. Entry is open to Victorian (Australia) residents only, and excludes employees of Knight Frank and retailers at Collins234 Boutique Place and their immediate families.

3. Competition closes at 12noon on 5 May 2014.

4. To enter the competition, entrants must fill in the competition entry form via the Collins234 Boutique Place Facebook website - https://www.facebook.com/Collins234 and complete all compulsory (*) fields.

5. Only one entry per entrant will be eligible.

6. All High Tea attendees must be over the age of 12 years old.

7. A total of 20 winning entries will be selected based on the competition criteria.

8. The judges decision will be final.

9. The winning entries will be drawn each day throughout the promotion period at the Collins234 Boutique Place Centre Management offices located at Level 4, 230 Collins Street, Melbourne.

10. The winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the competition being drawn.

11. The winners must confirm their attendance to the High Tea by the RSVP date provided by Collins234 Centre Management

12. Entrants consent to Centre Management using their name in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited time without the remuneration for the purpose of promoting the competition and its outcome.

13. By entering the competition, each entrant acknowledges their understanding of and agrees to comply, with and abide by, each of the terms and conditions.

14. Collins234 Boutique Place Centre Management reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with the competition's terms and conditions.

15. Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
