How To Train Your Dragon 2 Competition



Four RACQ families have the chance to win the ultimate How To Train Your Dragon 2 experience

Simply pre-purchase a Dreamworld, WhiteWater World or SkyPoint Observation Deck pass from RACQ before 9 June 2014 for your chance to win!

How To Train Your Dragon 2 swoops into cinemas June 19, as the thrilling second chapter brings back the fantastical world of Hiccup and Toothless.

To celebrate the release of the much anticipated sequel, RACQ, Dreamworld (home of The DreamWorks Experience) and DreamWorks Animation are providing four lucky RACQ families the chance to win the ultimate How To Train Your Dragon 2 experience.

Each of the four winning families will receive:

A family pass [2 adults + 2 children (3-13 years)] to visit Dreamworld on Sunday 15 June 2014 for a day of happiness.
A family pass [2 adults + 2 children (3-13 years)] to the exclusive preview screening of How To Train Your Dragon 2  in 3D at the Dreamworld Cinema at 5:30pm on Sunday 15 June 2014.

Terms and Conditions
1. This competition is a joint promotion run by the Royal Automobile Club of Queensland Limited ABN 72 009 660 575 (RACQ) and Ardent Leisure Limited trading as Dreamworld ABN 22 104 529 106 (Dreamworld) (“Promoters”).
2. Entries and information on prizes and how to enter form part of these terms and conditions (“Terms”). Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms are ineligible. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
3. The competition is open to entrants who are current RACQ members at the time the competition is drawn.
4. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoters and related entities of the Promoters are ineligible to enter.
5. Thecompetitioncommenceson28/05/2014andclosesat5pmon 09/06/2014. The competition will be drawn at 9am on 10/06/2014 at the Tourism & Entertainment Department at RACQ Corporate Office complex, 2649 Logan Road, Eight Mile Plains, Queensland 4113.
6. There will be four (4) prize winners in this competition that will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Entry is by the entrant pre-purchasing any Dreamworld, WhiteWater World or SkyPoint entry ticket from RACQ between 28/05/2014 and 09/06/2014. At the time of pre-purchasing their Dreamworld, WhiteWater World or SkyPoint ticket, entrants are required to be RACQ members and may be asked to verify the contact details listed on their RACQ membership records including telephone contact number and current email address details.
8. Entrants will receive one (1) entry per each Dreamworld, WhiteWater World or SkyPoint ticket pre-purchased from RACQ between 28/05/14 and 09/06/2014. Only one (1) prize will be awarded to each of the four (4) winners, regardless of the number of entries into the competition by those winners.
9. Thefour(4)prizewinnerswilleachreceiveone(1)FamilyPass, consisting of day entry tickets to Dreamworld for two (2) adults and two (2) children (aged 3-13 years) and one (1) Family Pass ticket, consisting of two (2) adults and two (2) children (aged 3-13 years) to the preview screening of How To Train your Dragon 2, at Dreamworld, Dreamworld
Parkway, Coomera, Queensland commencing on Sunday 15/06/2014 at 5.30pm sharp. Each Dreamworld family day entry & preview screening pass prize is valued at $410.00. The total prize value of the four (4) prizes is $1640. Any change in the value of the prizes between the publishing date and the date that the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoters.
10.The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
11.Travel, insurance, spending money and all other ancillary costs are the winners’ responsibility.
12.The winners will be notified by phone or email, using the telephone contact numbers and email addresses listed on the winners’ RACQ membership records. Details of how the prize can be redeemed, will be provided to the winners by phone or email. The prizes will be available for collection from Dreamworld Guest Services, Dreamworld, Dreamworld Parkway, Coomera, Queensland from 10am, Sunday 15 June 2014. The winners will be required to produce photo identification as proof of identity.
13.If a competition winner is unable to be contacted within 48 hours of the draw, a redraw will occur. In the event that a redraw is required it will be held at 9am on 12/06/2014 at the Tourism & Entertainment Department at RACQ Corporate Office complex, 2649 Logan Road, Eight Mile Plains, Queensland 4113. The redraw winner will be notified by telephone or email using the telephone contact numbers and email addresses listed on the redraw winner’s RACQ membership records.
14.All entries become the property of the Promoters. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
15.The information that entrants provide will be used by the Promoter RACQ for the purpose of conducting the competition, and to periodically keep entrants informed about the goods and services provided by the Promoter, related entities and its service providers. By entering this competition entrants consent to the use of their contact details for the purposes described in this clause. The Promoter RACQ may use or disclose entrants’ personal information to related entities or other appropriate third parties in accordance with its privacy policy available on its Internet site at http://www.racq.com.au/about_us/privacy.
The information that entrants provide will be used by the Promoter Dreamworld in accordance with its privacy policy which is contained on http://about.dreamworld.com.au/General/Privacy- Policy.aspx?iframe=true&innerHeight=500&innerWidth=728&lightbox=y
16.If for any reason this competition is not capable of being conducted by the Promoters as intended, whether because of computer virus, mobile phone failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters which in the Promoters’ opinion affects the administration of the competition, security, fairness or integrity, the Promoters may in their sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend the competition, subject to the approval of the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation in Queensland as may be required.
17.The Promoters will not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking the prizes or entering
into this competition. The Promoters make no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability or any goods
or services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters are not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoters or their employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person to the prize winners and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the prize winners.
