Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.
Entrants must be in possession of a machine readable passport valid until or beyond 11 February 2015 (passport can be issued by either Australia or New Zealand).Entrants must be available to attend a contesting segment at Fox FM, Level 2, 257 Clarendon Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205 at a time and date to be determined by the Promoter on Friday 11 July 2014.
Entrants must be available to Travel on specific dates to be advised by the Promoter, which are subject to change. Travel is currently scheduled for a period falling within August 2014. Dates of travel are not negotiable and will be determined entirely at the Promoter’s discretion.
Any individuals who have won a prize in “Hamish & Andy’s Gap Year South America” (Vic Permit #: 14/4297 / SA Licence #: T14/969/ NSW Permit No: LTPS/14/04545 ) will be ineligible to win a prize in this promotion.
Entries are restricted to residents of: New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, Australian Capital Territory.Unlimited, but any one (1) individual can only be determined as a Finalist one (1) time throughout the Promotional Period.
To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
1. Go to the Website and register their details, during the Online Registration Period.
2. Answer to an entry question(s) in 25 words or less, as stipulated by the Promoter.
3. The Promoter will judge entries to determine two (2) Finalists.
4. Finalists must attend a contesting segment at Fox FM, Level 2, 257 Clarendon Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205 on Friday 11 July 2014.
5. In the event a Finalist resides in an eligible State outside of Victoria, the Promoter will provide and book any necessary travel (limited to airfares, airport transfers and accommodation as deemed necessary and required by the Promoter) for the purpose of participating in this contesting segment. Flight carrier(s), dates and times will be booked at the Promoter’s discretion.
6. During the contesting segment, each Finalist will take part in a challenge as directed by the Promoter.
7. The Promoter will judge the Finalists’ participation in the challenge to determine one (1) Major Prize Winner and one (1) Minor Prize Winner.

A package comprising of the following trip for two (2) adults (the Winner and one Travel Companion) from Australia to Santiago, Chile to travel within specified dates during August 2014.
(a) Return economy airfares for 2 adults from the Winner’s nearest Australian capital city (either Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth, as determined by the Promoter) to Santiago, Chile. Flight dates, times and carrier/s will be determined by the Promoter and are not negotiable. Includes airport taxes and charges. International flight will depart from (and return to) Sydney NSW. The Promoter will make arrangements for any Winners who reside outside of NSW to travel on connecting domestic flights from their home state to Sydney and back
(b) Minimum four (4) nights’ twin share accommodation at a minimum four (4) star hotel in Santiago, Chile, including breakfast daily. Costs are covered for room & daily breakfast only. Hotel bookings and details (including but not limited to location) will be determined by the Promoter and are not negotiable.
(c) Private return group transfer Santiago airport / hotel.
(d) Two (2) tickets to attend a function with Hamish & Andy in Santiago (Event). Time, date and location of the Event to be confirmed by the Promoter.

All participants must be aged 18 years or over. Minors are not permitted to attend the Event. All Winners and their Travel Companions must carry valid photo identification with them at all times during the trip and the Event. If alcohol is made available as part of the prize at the Event, then this will be provided subject to the principles of responsible service of alcohol as exercised by the staff and management of the premises at which the Event takes place. The premises staff and management reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any prize winner or their accompanying guest should they be deemed to be intoxicated.
All tickets are only valid for the date or period specified on the tickets or by the provider, and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the provider. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any ticket that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
The Prize may require booking and completing as specified by the Promoter or by the prize provider. The Prize is subject to booking and availability, and is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the relevant providers. All costs associated with a travel prize which are not expressly listed in the Prize Details, including additional spending money, passport and visa costs, transfer costs, meals, taxes, insurance, luggage costs and all other ancillary costs, are the responsibility of the Winner. The winner and any travelling companion(s) must depart and return at the same time using the same air carrier.
The Winner and any Travel Companion(s) are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel insurance and documents to travel to the relevant location(s) (including any passports and visas). Any alterations or extensions to confirmed Prize Details must be approved in advance by the Promoter (at its sole discretion) and will be at the expense of the Winner. The Promoter is not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of a travel Prize and any resulting costs incurred by the Winner or any Travel Companion(s) (including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the Winner.
Winner(s) and Travel Companion(s) are hereby notified that the hotel may require the Winner(s) and Travel Companion(s) to present a personal credit card upon checking into a the hotel. This is the Winner(s)’ and Travel Companion(s)’ responsibility. The Promoter will not, under any circumstances, provide credit card details for a Winner(s)’ and Travel Companion(s)’ accommodation.
The Winner is responsible for ensuring that they and any Travel Companion(s) are fit to travel and have received appropriate immunizations and/or health checks prior to taking the Prize. The Promoter makes no representations about the travel destination or government travel warnings to any overseas destination.
The Winner and any Travel Companion(s) are responsible for ensuring they will be legally able to enter the country / destination prior to taking the Prize. If the winner and/or any Travel Companion(s) are refused entry to the country / destination, the Promoter is not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of a travel and any resulting costs incurred by the Winner or any Travel Companion(s) (including accommodation costs) in relation to their denied entry to the destination / country.
All Winner(s) and Travel Companion(s) are hereby notified that prior to redeeming their Prize, they will be required to complete and sign SCA documents. These documents will be provided by the Promoter with instructions as to the nominated return procedures. In the event that any Winner(s) and/or Travel Companion(s) fails to complete any required documentation to a standard deemed appropriate by the Promoter, and/or fails to submit any required documentation as per the stipulated time / date, that Winner and their Travel Companion(s) will automatically forfeit the Prize.
