These terms and condition of entry, including information on how to participate and prize details, (Terms) apply to the Tip Top® Loyalty Program Promotion (Promotion). Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms. The promoter is George Weston Foods Limited (ABN 45 008 429 632) (Promoter). The Promotion is only open to residents of NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC, SA, WA and TAS (Territory), aged 18 years or over, that are not employees of the Promoter or an agency associated with this Promotion.
The Promotion commences at 8am (AEST) on 1 July 2014 on closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on 10 August 2014 (Promotion Period).
To enter the Promotion, during the Promotion Period you must purchase 10 Eligible Products (as defined below) from a Coles, Woolworths or Supa IGA store (each a Chain) in the Territory and then go to
http://www.bakerybrekkie.com.au (Website) and complete the entry form in full, including providing your name, address, email, contact number, receipt number for the Eligible Products, and the name of the store the Eligible Products were purchased at (Entry Details), and upload copies of your receipts for the Eligible Products during the promotional period, 1st of July to the 10th of August. All Eligible Products must be purchased from the same Chain, although you may purchase them from different stores within the Chain. If you are unable to upload copies of your Receipts to the Website, you must mail copies of your Receipts to “Tip Top Loyalty Program”, c/o Kinetic Marketing, 201 Darling St, Balmain NSW 2041 to be received by 5:00pm on 9 September 2014. You may only enter the promotion once.
If you comply with the entry requirements in paragraph 3 to the Promoter’s satisfaction and you are one of the first:
a. 1000 entrants to have purchased the Eligible Products from Coles, you will receive a NESCAFÉ® Dolce® Gusto® Mini Me (white and black) coffee machine, RRP$119 (Mini Me Machine);
b. 1000 entrants to have purchased the Eligible Products from Woolworths, you will receive a NESCAFÉ® Dolce® Gusto® Piccolini (black) coffee machine, RRP$119 (Piccolini Machine); or
c. 500 entrants to have purchased the Eligible Products from Supa IGA, you will receive a Mini Me Machine, (each coffee machine, a Coffee Machine, and each Coffee Machine recipient, a Coffee Machine Winner).
If you are not a Coffee Machine Winner but you have complied with the entry requirements in paragraph 3 to the Promoter’s satisfaction (Voucher Winner), you will receive a voucher (being a redemption code to input at check-out) for a 30% discount on a Piccolini Machine (Voucher). Vouchers are valid for 30 days from their date of issue, and can only be redeemed online at
www.dolce-gusto.com.au subject to stock availability (Voucher Terms).
Entrants must retain their original Receipts during the promotional period If requested by the Promoter an entrant must produce, within the time requested by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, the original Receipts and appropriate photo identification or other documentation, required by the Promoter to verify the entrant’s identity and eligibility to enter the Promotion and claim a prize. Prizes will only be awarded following all validation and verification requirements of the Promoter being met to its satisfaction.
Coffee Machines will be mailed to Coffee Machine Winners within six weeks of the end of the Promotion Period to the Entry Detail address provided by that Coffee Machine Winner. Vouchers will be emailed to Voucher Winners (by way of a redemption code) within five weeks of the end of the Promotion Period to the Entry Detail email address provided by that Voucher Winner.
The Promoter will not be liable for any prize being lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way before it reaches the winner, the failure of a Voucher Winner entrant to redeem their Voucher in accordance with the Voucher Terms, or the failure of a Piccolini Machine to be available at the time a Voucher Winner seeks to redeem a Voucher.
There can be only one winner (being either a Coffee Machine Winner or a Voucher Winner) per household. If more than one person per household is eligible to win a prize, the Promoter has sole and absolute discretion to determine which of those persons the prize will be awarded to.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of prizes. If the Promoter is unable to provide a winner with the nominated prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value to the nominated prize. Prizes must be taken as offered and are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late or misdirected entries or Receipts. Incomplete, illegible, indecipherable or incorrect entries or Receipts will be invalid and are not eligible to win.
Any entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry mechanism in any way, engages in any unlawful or improper conduct which jeopardises or is likely to jeopardise the fair or proper conduct of the Promotion, or who does not properly comply with these Terms, will be ineligible to win.
The Promoter's decisions in relation to all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding on each entrant and no correspondence will be entered into.
All costs associated or arising in connection with entry into this Promotion (including accessing the Website and mailing in Receipts), and receipt and use of a prize (other than the cost of the prize being provided to the winner in accordance with paragraph 7), are the responsibility of the entrant.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this Promotion at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, the Chains and all agencies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any injury, loss and/or damage arising in any way from this Promotion, including the acceptance or use of any prize supplied as part of this Promotion. Nothing in these conditions restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
