1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. By submitting an entry, all entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Participants must be residents of Australia and must be at least 18 years of age.
2. You will be entered into the “Win a Holiday” promotion by visiting
http://www.visitsunshinecoast.com.au/bmag and filling out all entry details. Each entrant will go into the draw. The competition commences on 19th August 2014 at 1200pm AEST and concludes on 31st December 2014 at 1200pm AEST
3. Only one entry is permitted per person
4. The winners will be selected by random draw. The drawing of the prizes will be conducted at Sunshine Coast Destination Ltd, 10 Electra Lane Marcoola, Qld at 12:00pm AEST on the 31st of December 2014. The prize winners will be notified by email.
5. If a prize is not claimed by 1500pm AEST 30th January 2015, the winner will forfeit their right to the prize. The prize will be redrawn at 1200pm AEST 30th January 2015.
6. The prize is valid for up to two adults and two children (up to the age of 16) and is valued at $4500 with the following inclusions:
1. Flights for two adults and two children from the nearest Australian capital city to Brisbane
2. Return shuttle transfers from Brisbane Airport to Mantra Mooloolaba
3. Three nights’ accommodation in a 2 bedroom apartment at Mantra Mooloolaba
4. Breakfast daily
7. All components of the prize are subject to operator and product availability.
8. All other expenses including alcohol shall be the responsibility of the prize winner and travel companion.
9. Prize is valid only for 6 months from draw date and must be taken in one consecutive holiday period. The prize is not valid on public holidays or public holiday weekends.
10. No component of the prize is exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
11. Prize is not transferable.
12. Once booked and confirmed, any further cancellations or date changes are subject to the operator’s own policy, and at the prize winner’s own expense.
13. Travel insurance is not provided and the Promoter recommends that the prize winner and travel companions obtain comprehensive travel insurance including medical coverage (at their own expense) prior to travel.
14. The Promoters may cancel the holiday prize and itinerary without notice should the prize winner or their travel companion engage in any inappropriate, illegal or immoral behaviour, use excessive alcohol, artificial stimulants or illegal drugs, or act in any manner which brings the Promoter or any person or organisation involved in the promotion into public disrepute.
15. Sunshine Coast Destination Ltd accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize or any variation in the prize advertised and the prize provided. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Each entrant releases and indemnifies Sunshine Coast Destination against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the promotion including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
