2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia and New Zealand who are registered as 'liking' the official bbobble AUS/NZ Australia fan page on Facebook (
www.facebook.com/bobbleausnz) during the time of the Promotion or earlier. To become a bobble AUS/NZ Facebook fan, entrants must be aged at least 13 years or over and have a Facebook account and profile. Participation in this Competition assumes acceptance of, and compliance with, Facebook’s Statement of Rights and Responsibilities and other terms (see
www.facebook.com/legal/terms). Any person who uses multiple Facebook accounts to enter this Competition will be ineligible to enter.
3. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter this promotion. To enter, participants must 'LIKE' the official bobble AUS/NZ Facebook fan page (“Fan Page”) and write a creative response (Response) on the Fan Page competition wall post published by the bobble AUS/NZ brand (Competition Post), detailing: “Why you need more hydration in your life?” Any Response not written as a comment/response to the Competition Post will be deemed invalid. Multiple entries per person are permitted as long as each Response is significantly different from any other Response by the same entrant.
6. The Promoter will review the responses to the Competition Post on 10/11/14 at 147 High Street, Preston, VIC 3072. This is a game of skill: chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on its creative and literary merit and the suitability to the Promotion. The four entries judged to be the most creative and original (including having the most literary merit) will be deemed to be the winners. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter will announce the winners via the bobble AUS/NZ Facebook page on 10/11/14 (Winner Announcement). The winners must contact bobble AUS/NZ via a private Facebook message within three (3) business days of the Winner Announcement to redeem their prize. Entrants acknowledge that other entrants may have used ideas and/or concepts in their Response that may have similarities to or be identical with ideas or concepts included in another entrant’s Response, and entrants understand and agree that they shall not in any way be entitled to any compensation or claim because of any such similarities or identical ideas or concepts.
