The extensive bar stocks a range of local and regional wines and boutique beers as well as a good selection of spirits. Both a bar menu and a restaurant menu are available to punters, and special arrangements can be made for larger dinner parties.
A genuinely unique space, the New invites you to find a favourite chair and make the place your own. A 20-foot long refectory table has hosted many a fine – and large – dinner party, and there are plenty of nooks for smaller groups or a quiet corner for one.
