1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is only open to Australian residents over the age of 18. Employees, ENJOpreneurs, their immediate families and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
4. Promotion commences at 12:00AM (WST), 2 February 2015
and ends at 11:59pm (WST) 9 February 2015. 5. Entry Criteria:
a. Eligible entrants will automatically receive one entry into the promotion when they fill out the competition entry form on the ENJO Australia Facebook page at:
https://www.facebook.com/ENJOAus during the promotion period, 12:00AM (WST), 2 February 2015 to 11:59pm (WST) on 9 February 2015.
b.
Eligible entrants are allowed to enter once per email address only.c. Eligible entrants will be awarded 1 bonus entry per Facebook friend that enters.
6. Entries received after the advertised closing time date, 11:59PM (WST), 9 February 2015, will not be accepted.
7. Four winners will be drawn at random using a competition platform app called ‘Woobox’.

Prize Details:
a. 4 x eligible entrants who completed the entry form on Facebook @ENJOAus, within the promotion period, will win a Kitchen Pack as recommended by Matt Stone, valued at $298. The Kitchen Pack includes Kitchen Glove, Kitchen ENJOfil, Kitchen Mini Plus, 2 x Allpurpose Cloth, Kitchen Sponge, ENJO Apron & 3 x Bamboo T-Towel. Sample Kitchen Pack used is for illustration purposes only. 9. The competition will be drawn at 10:00AM (WST) on 12 February 2015 at ENJO PTY LTD, 17 Aldous Place, Myaree, WA.
10. The winners will be notified by 5:00PM (WST), 17 February 2015.
11. The winners will be notified via e-mail and telephone.
12. The winners will be published through an announcement on ENJO Facebook page by 20 February 2015.
13. If the winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian.
14. If the winner does not claim the prize or does not wish to accept the prize, a re-draw will be drawn at random and so forth until a winner has accepted.
15. If a re-draw is required it will be drawn at 10:00AM (WST) on 12 June 2015 at 17 Aldous Place, Myaree, WA using a competition platform app called ‘Woobox’ and the re-draw winner will be notified by 18 June 2015 by email and telephone.
16. The Promoter will take no responsibility if the prize winner's contact details and entry details are incorrect or incomplete and the prize winner cannot be contacted.
17. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable.
19. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
20.
Total prize pool value is AUD$1,192. 21. Entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
22. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Entrant.
23. The prize (4 x Matt Stone Kitchen Packs) will be sent by post to the Winners’ nominated postal address within 2 weeks of each draw date. The Promoter will cover all postage costs and will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit.
24. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
25. Subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies, The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
26. If for any reason the winner does not redeem the prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
27. Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using the winner’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter, unless the winner otherwise notifies ENJO Pty Ltd at the time of accepting their prize.
28. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Eligible Entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
29. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by the winner; or (g) use of a prize.
30. As a condition of accepting a prize, the winner may be required to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
31. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Eligible Entrants. Eligible Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
32. ENJO Australia reserves the right to re-use any material posted into the competition for marketing and promotion purposes on Facebook and the ENJO Australia website, emails, print ads and other promotional materials.
