1. The promoter of this promotion is BrightEyes Franchising Pty Ltd (ABN 26 089 920 445) (“the Promoter”) of Retailer House, Level 1, Unit 3, 321 Kelvin Grove Road, Kelvin Grove QLD 4064.
2. Entry is free and open to persons in Australia. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and the suppliers and agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
3. This competition commences on 3pm AEST Friday 16th February and ends Monday 23rd February at 3pm AEST (“Competition Period”). Entrants may enter as many times as they like. Late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected responses will be deemed invalid.
4. To enter this competition contestants must compete the entry form on Facebook and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
5. To receive additional entries into the competition the contestants must:
a) Share this promotion with their friends by completing the “Send to friend” web form. (1 additional entry per referral.)
6. The competition winners will be drawn at random at 4pm on Monday 23rd February at 21 Jutsum Street, Bardon, QLD 4065 Australia.
7. The winner will be contacted within 48 hours of prize draw.
8. 1 winner will be drawn at random. Each winner will win one prize pack from the prize pool. The prize winner will be announced on Facebook within 48 hours of the winner being contacted.
9. The total prize pool is worth $268.90AU and consists of:

b) Mako Hat $29.95
c) Mako Shirt $59.00
10. The promoter reserves the right to exchange any item in the prize pool with an item of equal or greater value should a prize be unavailable for any reason.
11. By entering this competition the entrant is registering their interest in BrightEyes Sunglasses and therefore providing inferred consent to BrightEyes Sunglasses that they are willing to receive email communications from BrightEyes Sunglasses in future.
