Registration to receive e-Statements takes effect at Membership level so statements for all accounts under your Membership number will be available electronically.

You can revert to receiving paper statements, at any time, by calling us
Check your email regularly for notices that e-Statements are available
You will also receive a link to view gatepost, our quarterly newsletter, online
Maintain Adobe Acrobat Reader for viewing, saving and printing statements – software available to download for free from the Adobe website.
Other information
e-Statements will be available in Online Banking for at least 12 months from the date that you are notified that an e-Statement is available.
You should print or save your e-Statements if you require a copy for taxation or other purposes.
Fees may apply if you request a copy of a statement from us (please refer to our Fees and Charges & Transaction Limits brochure).

‘Switch from paper to e-Statements’ Promotion - Terms and Conditions of Entry
1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. Entry into this Promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2.The Promoter is Gateway Credit Union Ltd (ABN 47 087 650 093 AFSL/Australian Credit Licence Number 238293) of Level 16, 2 Market St, Sydney NSW 2000 (the Promoter).
3.The Promotion commences at 9.00am (AEST) on 1 April 2015 and closes 5.00pm (AEST) 30 April 2015 (Promotional Period).
4.Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over who are Gateway Credit Union Members (Eligible Entrants).
5.Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and companies, agencies and participating outlets associated with the Promoter are not eligible to win the Promotion.
6.To enter the Promotion, each Eligible Entrant must, within the Promotional Period, request to switch from their existing Gateway paper statements to Gateway e-Statements via the following methods:
a.Call 1300 302 474
b.Visit gatewaycu.com.au/e-statements to send your ‘register me’ request to the Promoter’s Member Services Team
c.Or follow the steps in Promoter’s Online Banking portal
7.Only one entry is permitted per Eligible Entrant, regardless of the number of accounts held by an Eligible Entrant.
8.The prize draw will take place by random selection at 10am (AEST) on 7 May 2015 at Level 16, 2 Market St Sydney NSW 2000. The winner will be contacted by telephone on the day of the prize draw..
9.There will be one prize-winner selected at random.
10.The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not exchangeable, transferable and not redeemable for cash. The Promoter will arrange for delivery of the prize within Australia, after the selection of the winning entries, by mutual agreement with the winners.
11.The prize awarded is one (1) $50.00 ‘Wish’ gift card (including GST) (the “Prizes”). Please allow 3 weeks for delivery of your prize. .
12.The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including an Entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
13.The Promoter will use its best endeavours to provide the prize specified. If the Prize is unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value subject to any directions from the Australian government departments responsible for trade promotions regulation.
14.If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned (including, but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may take any action that may be available including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion.
15.Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by the winner or entrant; or (e) use of the prize.
16.All entries become the property of the Promoter and entrants’ personal details will be stored at the Promoter's address. Each winner’s personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments as required by law. The Promoter may also use and disclose personal information for the purpose of conducting this Promotion. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Promotion.
17.An entrant’s personal information is collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at
www.gatewaycu.com.au. If the entrant would like to access or correct the personal information that the Promoter holds about the entrant, or if the entrant does not wish the information to be used or disclosed in this way (after this promotion is finalised), the entrant should advise the Promoter by calling 1300 302 474.
