Terms & ConditionsThe Competition Hosts are The Plus Ones, Melbourne Social, The Raiders of the Lost Bars; and the Sponsor is Cellar d’Or Pty Ltd (operating as Endless Cider). The Winner will be selected by random prize draw, after the successful completion of a game of skill.By submitting an entry you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
The competition is open to all natural persons over the age of 18 at time of entry who are residents of Australia. The Winner is to be notified via the contact information they provide, and their name and/or photo may be published by the Competition Hosts for promotional purposes.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter follow all onscreen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form (Entry Category A). You can earn additional entries when you send the competition page to a friend, age 18 or older. The friend must enter the competition through your referral in order to get an additional entry (Entry Category B). All competitions entries are gained via games of skill. All entries must be received by June 30, 8:00PM AEDT. All information entered must be valid and accurate for the entry to be successful. Multiple Category A entries may lead to disqualification.
THE DRAW
There will be a single Winner, who will be chosen entirely at random. Odds of winning are subject to the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. All decisions are final* and are not open to dispute, unless otherwise stated by Competition Hosts.
If the Winner is uncontactable after a period of seven days, a new Winner will be chosen at random. Competition Hosts reserve the right to re-draw the competition, and to alter the duration of the competition, if deemed necessary. Competition Hosts will notify all entrants of any alterations to the competition.
PRIZE
The Winner will be entitled to receive two cases (48 bottles of cider) every second calendar month for a period of one year, up to a total value of $850. In the unlikely event where sponsor is no longer able to supply products outlined above, sponsor will provide Winner with vouchers of equivalent value. Prize provision is solely the responsibility of the sponsor, and is subject to their terms & conditions, and the Responsible Service of Alcohol under Liquor License Number 3607 8019 . Competition Hosts & Sponsor will not be held responsible for lost or stolen products or vouchers. Products or vouchers cannot be redeemable or exchangeable for cash. Any additional costs associated with prize redemption is solely the responsibility of the Winner.
PRIVACY
Contact information must be provided in order for Competition Hosts to notify successful competition entrance/s, changes to the competition, and other reasons deemed by Competition Hosts to be of interest to competition entrances. Contact information will be retained securely by Competition Hosts and will not be shared with any unrelated parties other than Competition Hosts and affiliates. Contact information may be shared with third parties only to obtain available demographical information such as geographical location and other such attributes, these parties will not be authorised to share or use your information in anyway beyond providing analyses to the Competition Hosts. Competition Hosts bear no responsibility for unauthorised submission of the entrants’ contact information by third parties.
