Entrants must be at least 21 years or older
Entrants must be available to travel in between 29 July 2015 - 2 August 2015. Exact dates to be confirmed by the promoter.
Entrants must have a current valid Australian electronic passport with at least 6 months validity from date of departure from the USA.
Entrants must obtain a U.S, visa S prior to travel.
Entries are restricted to residents of New South Wales
Multiple entries are permitted, however an entrant is only eligible to redeem one (1) Prize in the Promotion.
To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
1. Go to the Website, register their details, nominate a „song dedication‟ including song request and reason for dedication in 25 words or less;
2. The Promoter will judge to choose a contestant (“Contestant”) and will put the ‟song dedications‟ to air (“Cue to Call”);
3. Following the broadcast of the Cue to Call, the Contestant will require to call the Promoter within 20 minutes;
4. All Contestants that call the station within 20 minutes will be placed in a draw (“Finalist(s)”);
5. The Promoter will conduct a draw from all Finalists to determine a Major Prize Winner.
Draw Method: Random computer selection.
Date & Time: Monday 20 July 2015 to Friday 24 July at 4.00pm.
All decisions of Judging are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard. Judging Criteria: All entries will be judged on creativity, literary merit, originality and suitability.

All costs associated with a travel prize which are not expressly listed in the Prize Details, including additional spending money, passport and visa costs, transfer costs, meals, taxes, insurance, luggage costs and all other ancillary costs, are the responsibility of the winner. The winner and any travelling companion(s) must depart and return at the same time using the same air carrier. The winner and any Travel Companion(s) are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel insurance and documents to travel to the relevant location(s) (including any passports and visas). Any alterations or extensions to confirmed Prize Details must be approved in advance by the Promoter (at its sole discretion) and will be at the expense of the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of a travel Prize and any resulting costs incurred by the winner or any Travel Companion(s) (including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the winner. Notification of Winners
Winners will be notified at the time of winning.
Major Prize winners will be notified on each contesting day from Monday 20th July to Friday 24th July 2015 by email or by phone.

Please note that if a Prize is not claimed within 6 weeks of the Prize Claim Date, the Prize is forfeited.
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If the Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, a further draw shall take place.
