Competition entry/ies is/are achieved by having a tax return or other complementary services completed by Fibonacci Services Pty Ltd ATF The Fibonacci Services Unit Trust (the Promoter) between 29th June to the 31st October, 2015 either at the Promoters Shopping Booths, or by one of their mobile agents.
Competition commences on 29th June 2015 with entries closing on the 31st October 2015.
There is 1 major prize (1) One chance to win $500,000 in cash (The remaining 999 envelopes will have a 5 Nights’ Accommodation for 2 at Karma Kandara Resort in Bali (Valued at $10,000)).
The “Preliminary Draw Winner” will be determined by drawing their name out of a barrel and will be contacted by phone & email. This “Preliminary Draw Winner” then qualifies to participate in the “Major Draw” for the major prize.
The “Major Prize” participant will, either in person or by proxy, select one of the 1000 envelopes from a barrel, where they will win one of the 2 prizes listed above.
Except for the major prize, prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
The winner will be notified via phone & email and details of the said draw will be published in West Australian on November 2nd.
The “Preliminary Draw Winner” must have the appropriate ticket stub to match the ticket number drawn from the barrel and have completed a tax return with the Promoter.
All envelopes will be indistinguishable from one another.
Envelopes will be mixed in a barrel or similar device so the order is indeterminable.
One participant only will select one envelope only.
The draw will be under supervision of an independent 3rd party.
Unclaimed prizes remain the property of the Promoter.
In the event the prize is unavailable or cancelled for any reason whatsoever, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize pool of equal value.
The winner must be over the age of 18 years at the time of the draw.
Employees and contractors of the Promoter or their families are ineligible to enter this draw.
In the event that the $500,000 major prize is won the prize will be handed over to the winner by a method deemed appropriate by the Promoter and the Independent 3rd Party.
The Independent 3rd party reserves the right to disqualify a prize winner if the prize winner has breached any of these terms and conditions in obtaining the prize.
The Independent 3rd party’s decision is final and cannot be contested.
No correspondence will be entered into.
