Because I love working out at Fit 4 Two and believe they are truly awesome trainers for parents, I am giving two followers the chance to win (imagine dramatic drum roll here please….) a free personal training session with one of the Fit 4 Two trainers!

Dads sometimes get forgotten about, but Fit 4 Two also run special classes for just dads, contact them for more details. As well as personal training sessions, Fit 4 Two run small group sessions, with session times to fit in with work and kids, including weekends.

    Entries only open to residents living in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and surrounding region.
