•Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Submission of an entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
•Entry is open to all Australian permanent residents aged 18 years and over who comply with these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter's employees, directors and their immediate families and the Promoter’s suppliers, providers and/or agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
•Competition opens on 11/01/2016 at 12pm AEST. Promotion closes on 20/01/2016 at 12pm AEST. (The “Promotional Period”). •To enter, users must (during the Promotional Period): visit the Promoter's Facebook page at

•Entrants may enter the competition once. Any costs associated with accessing the promotion and entry is the entrant's responsibility.
•The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. •This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged by the Promoter's Judging Panel based on creative merit of the answer provided to the question. All Promoter’s decisions are final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
•Prize winners: The most creative or interesting answers will be selected to win an Aussie Day Pizza Party Pack including pizza and party supplies vouchers, water fun slip and slip and pool inflatable toy. The best entries will be determined winners by the Promoter's Judging Panel and will be allocated a prize. The details of these prizes are as follows:

•a voucher for Coles Myer to the value of $150, expiry as deemed by the voucher conditions stated by Coles Myer.

•If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification.
•Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
•All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter. Entries will not be returned to any entrant.
