2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to residents of Australia, 18 years if age or older, where the Channel Seven signal is received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of Seven Network (Operations) Ltd, Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd, Jetstar Airways Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Monday 18 January 2016 at 6.00am (AEDT) and concludes on Friday 22 January 2016 at 2.00pm (AEDT) (“the Competition Period”) however, the eligible entry period for each daily competition will commence and conclude on the following dates and times:

3.2 In order to enter, viewers must watch Sunrise (“the Program”) on the Seven Network during the Competition Period. Each morning throughout the Competition Period there will be a competition segment aired during the Program (or any replacement program broadcast in the Sunrise timeslot). Viewers will be invited to log onto the Sunrise website (
www.yahoo7.com.au/sunrise) and register their full name, address (including postcode) and daytime telephone number.
3.3 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. The winners agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use their entries in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
3.4 Only one entry per person per email address will be accepted from entrants online. No scripting is allowed for online entries (which will be deemed invalid).
3.5 The time of entry will in each case be the time the registration form is received by the Yahoo7 online database.

4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be one (1) prize winner each day (five (5) prize winners in total throughout Competition Period).
Each daily prize winner will receive the following:
• 4 x return economy class flights (including checked baggage up to a maximum of 20 kilos per person) from winners nearest Jetstar port to either Ayers Rock, Cairns, Darwin, Gold Coast, Hobart, Perth and Adelaide (as determined by the Sunrise contest wheel) - value $2,000; and
• Jetstar hotel voucher to the value of $3,000. Daily prize value $5,000
TOTAL PRIZE POOL VALUE: $25,000.00
4.2 Each daily prize is valued at a maximum $5,000 and is correct as at the date of printing (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken.
4.3 Prize is valid until Saturday 30 July 2016.
4.4 It is a condition of entry that the prize winner accepts all conditions of use of the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes.
4.5 The winner and their travelling companions are responsible for all other expenses including flights (if necessary), spending money, vaccinations, in-room charges, taxes, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, gratuities, services charges, items of a personal nature, passports, visas, and all other ancillary costs. Travel insurance is not included in the prize and will be the responsibility of the winner. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
4.6 Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of prize. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Any unused portion of the prize is not- transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken as cash.
4.7 Any change in the value of the prize between publishing date and the date prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter. This is the maximum retail value of the prize. Should the cost of travel be less than the costs incurred, the prize winner is not eligible to the difference.
4.8 All components of the prize must be taken together and the winner and their travel companions must travel together and depart from and return to the same departure point.
4.9 The winner and their travelling companions must make their own way to either their nearest capital airport. The prize does not include the cost the winner may incur to travel to their nearest capital city airport including any ancillary costs (eg. excess luggage fees).
4.10 Winners may be required to present a credit card at time of accommodation check-in to the hotel for all incidental charges.
Jetstar conditions are as follows:
Flights
(a) The prize includes GST and taxes included in the price of the ticket. Unless otherwise stated, the prize does not include travel insurance, passports, visas, and meals, taxes not included in the price of the ticket, ground transportation or any other costs of a personal nature. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of each prize-winner and their companion. Jetstar makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. Prize travel is subject to Jetstar’s General Conditions of Carriage.

(b) Prize travel is subject to availability at the time of booking. Winners and their companions must travel together on all prize travel and will not accrue Qantas Points on the prize travel or accommodation. An upgrade cannot be purchased on airfares with cash or Qantas Points.
(c) Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by Jetstar. There can be no changes made to travel arrangements once tickets are issued. The prize must be used as stated, otherwise it will be forfeited.
(d) If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, Jetstar, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Jetstar hotel voucher
(a) How to use the Voucher' forms part of these Voucher Terms & Conditions.
(b) To redeem the voucher, enter your voucher code in the 'Apply Voucher' section of the Review and Pay page when making your hotel booking.
(c) Booking dates will be strictly applied. Your booking must be made or changed through Jetstar.com before the Expiry Date. If you do not redeem the Voucher within this timeframe the Voucher will expire and you will lose the value of this Voucher. If you redeem the Voucher but later change your booking on a date after the expiry Date, you will lose the value of this Voucher.
(d) The voucher issued by Jetstar can only be used towards part, or full payment of hotel bookings on jetstar.com. If there is a balance remaining to be paid, you must pay this balance with a credit/charge card.
(e) You must redeem the Voucher in one booking only. Any amount not redeemed in that booking will be lost and no credit will remain.
(f) The Voucher is not transferable - it is redeemable only by the person whose name is stated on the Voucher for travel by that person or to make a new booking for others to travel (if a booking is made for others to travel, the person named on the Voucher must be listed as the contact in the booking).
(g) The value of the voucher will not be refunded and no replacement voucher will be issued when cancelling a booking. If you change or cancel a booking, any hotel fee amount will be deducted from the amount paid by you, up to a maximum of the amount originally paid by you. The hotel fee value cannot be paid using the voucher value.
(h) Jetstar Airways Pty Limited ("Jetstar") makes no claims in relation to weather or other conditions at the travel destination and the Voucher recipient should make their own enquiries before travel. Jetstar, its related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the use of this Voucher, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
(i) Any additional travel booked in conjunction with the use of the Voucher will be subject to standard booking conditions.
(j) Jetstar will collect information about you and any other person named in the booking so that it can issue the Voucher and, when redeeming the Voucher, can process the travel arrangements. 4.11 In participating in the prizes, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winners grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and they will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.12 Winners should seek independent financial advice about any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings.
4.13 The winners agree they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and or photographs to any media or other organisation.

5.1 One (1) prize winner each day (5 in total) will be drawn from the national pool of daily entrants received. Each entrant who has entered the competition over the Competition Period and registered all details in accordance with clause 3 between the daily competition dates and times as stated in clause 3.1 (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be entered into the relevant daily draws following the close of entries for that draw. Daily draws will be conducted on Monday 18 January 2016, Tuesday 19 January 2016, Wednesday 20 January 2016, Thursday 21 January 2016, Friday 22 January 2016, at 3.00pm AEDT. All draws will take place at Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd, Level 1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide SA 5000.
5.2 Each day from Tuesday 19 January 2016 to Monday 25 January 2016 (inclusive) Sunrise will announce the one (1) winner for that day on the Sunrise program. Sunrise will then spin the contest wheel on the winners’ behalf to determine prize destination.
5.3 Only one prize per person, per household will be awarded (with the exception of SA residents who are entitled to win more than one prize).
5.4 Daily winners will be announced in Sunrise the next day. Winners will be notified by phone call within 2 days of the draw and a letter advising winners of their prize will also be mailed out. All winners will be published in the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper on Monday 1 February 2016.
5.5 The Promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.6 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
5.7 Subject to State government legislation an unclaimed prize draw from all non-winning entries for days 1-5 will take place at Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd, Level 1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide SA 5000 on Friday 22 April 2016 at 10.00am AEST. Winner/s will be notified by phone call within 2 days of the draw and a letter advising winner/s of their prize will also be mailed out, winner/s details will be published in the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper on Monday 2 May 2016.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 The Seven Network (Operations) Ltd and affiliates, Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd, and their associated agencies and companies associated with this promotion, will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.2 The Seven Network (Operations) Ltd and affiliates, Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd, and their associated employees, agencies and companies associated with this promotion will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim, damages, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this promotion and/or its prizes that may occur:
(a) during the draw;
(b) in the participation in any prize;
(c) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
(d) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
(e) in relation to failure of an entry message to be received by the promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion;
(f) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer software related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion;
(g) due to circumstances outside the promoter’s reasonable control.
6.3 Subject to State Regulation, in the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
Seven Network (Operations) Ltd and affiliates, Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies associated with this promotion assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available, subject to State Regulation.
6.5 Subject to State Regulation, if for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
