Redemption of the Prize will be the responsibility of the Winner and is subject to supplier availability at the time of booking. The Winner must book all components of the Prize with a representative of the Promoter. The Prize is strictly non-transferable, non-negotiable and may not be replaced or refunded. Any changes, add-ons and additional costs associated with using the Prize (including but not limited to accommodation, insurance, transfers, spending money & booking changes) are the responsibility of the Winner. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize. If the Promoter is unable to provide the Winner with the nominated Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value, subject to any direction of a lottery authority. The Prize will be delivered to the Winner within 14 business days of the Winner being decided. If the Prize is unclaimed by the Prize Winner by 5pm AEST on Monday 27 June 2016 the Promoter may conduct a further draw at Flight Centre Limited Offices – Level 3, 545 Queen Street, Brisbane at 10am on 28th June 2016 (“Unclaimed Prize Draw”), subject to any written direction of the state or territory lottery authorities. The winner of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified by email and phone on 28th June 2016. All conditions applying to the original winner will also apply to any winner determined by an Unclaimed Prize Draw. Entry forms remain the property of the Promoter. By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to be contacted by the Promoter about the Promotion and to participate in the Promoter’s publicity activities as reasonably requested.
