SCHOOL MUM – Competition Terms and Conditions 1. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. 2. You must be 18 years of age or over and must live in Australia ONLY to enter this competition (people living in ACT are excluded from this comp). An entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation. 3. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 4. The terms and conditions also apply to all other promoters involved including Scoot Australia, Accor Hotels Asia Pacific, Suburbly, Aldi Mum and The Holidaying Family Facebook and Instagram Accounts. 5. The Promoter reserves the right not to award the prize if the entrant fails to meet these terms. 6. The competition period begins at 12.15am (Brisbane Time) on 13/03/2016. Entries into the competition close at 11:59pm (BrisbaneTime) on 09/04/2016. (the "Promotion Period"). No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, misdirected or delayed entries. 7. The Prize Pack is valued at $4832. First prize one person will win 4 x return flights with Scoot Australia to Singapore valued at $3752. Flights are available to take at any time except during Australian school holiday periods. Once you have been notified of winning the competition you will have 12 months to redeem your flights up until May 2017.  Scoot is not responsible for any costs incurred for passports or travel insurance and is solely responsible for covering return flights up to the maximum value of $469 per person per flight.  The winner will also win 3 nights’ accommodation for 4 people (2 rooms) at the IBIS STYLES SINGAPORE HOTEL ON MACPHERSON.  They will be responsible for any costs getting to and from the hotel from the airport and breakfast will not be included. Total accommodation prize value is $1080 valid till May 31, 2017 and "subject to availability". The accommodation is for 2 x rooms for a maximum of 4 people for 3 nights only and any further nights spent in Singapore is at the winner’s own expense. 9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. 10. The entry method is by going to the gleam app, and completing the tasks listed. By completing each task, you gain an extra entry. Participants may complete as many tasks as they like. 11. Privacy: We will not sell your information. 12. By subscribing as entry into the competition to sign up to the email newsletter you are subscribing to receive e-mail newsletters from all promoters involved including Suburbly, School Mum, Aldi Mum, The Holidaying Family, Scoot Australia and Accor Hotels Asia Pacific e-news as a part of mandatory entry. 13. You must complete the e-news signup to be eligible to win and any extra gleam tasks listed on the app including Instagram follows and Facebook page visits will all result in extra entries.  For each task you complete you get an extra entry. You must be able to show that you have done this at the time of the draw on request. 14. Employees of the promoters or any person associated with the competition or prize is ineligible to enter. 15. The competition will be randomly drawn at 12.00pm on Tuesday 12/04/2016 at Good Funny Smart Headquarters, Sandgate Qld. Entrants are not required to be present at the draw. 16. The promoter will notify the winner on Tuesday the 12/04/2016 and will organise prize redemption with the winner. 17. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. The winner will be published on the School Mum Facebook Page. 24. The winners must claim the prize within 7 days of the prize draw by contacting School mum. 25. An unclaimed prize draw would occur on the 12th of July 2016 at 2.00pm at Good Funny Smart Sandgate. 26. The re-draw winner of the prize would be notified by e-mail and posted on our School Mum facebook page. 27. The promoters’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. 28.
