Between 9:00AM 23 March 2016 and 11:59PM 22 May 2016, when you purchase an eligible Philips Kitchen Appliance (refer below), you will be entitled to receive up to $50 cash back.
 
How to claim your money back
To claim your cash back, simply;
1. purchase an Eligible Philips Kitchen appliance (as indicated below) during the Promotional Period
2. complete the official claim form in full (which can be downloaded below)
3. Complete and mail the claim form in a postage paid envelope along with the original barcode (cut from the product’s packaging) and a copy of the store purchase receipt to:
