In Bizet’s first masterpiece, The Pearl Fishers, three people are linked by conflicting bonds of loyalty and attraction. When two friends betray each other for the love of a woman their world is rocked to its foundation. We hear the heart sing its secret songs including the famous Pearl Fishers Duet “Au Fond Du Temple Saint”. Featuring Emma Matthews, Sam Roberts Smith, John Longmuir and Wade Kernot, West Australian Opera Chorus and West Australian Symphony Orchestra.
