PRIZE AND APPROX. RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)
In addition to the travel prize (the “Travel Portion”) described in these terms, ROKT will also donate an amount of money (“Gifted Portion”) to a charity as part of the Major Prize, being either USD$5,000 (for USA Entrants) / CAD$5,000 (for Canadian Entrants) / AUD$5,000 (for Australian Entrants) / SGD$5,000 (for Singapore Entrants) / NZD$5,000 (for New Zealand Entrants) / £2,500 GBP (for UK Entrants). This will be donated to the Major Prize winner’s selected Tomorro partner charity if one has been nominated by the Entrant during entry or otherwise the charity as selected by ROKT in its sole discretion, as applicable, as set out below:
I. An eligible charitable institution established in accordance with the law (“Charity”), of the Major Prize winner’s choosing ONLY if the Major Prize winner successfully nominated the charity during the entry process, OR
II. If an Entrant did not elect a charity, or it was not displayed, then the Gifted Portion of the Major Prize will be allocated to any one (1) of the charities selected by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
III. If the Major Prize winner elects to use the Major Prize to go an extended charity mission, then the Gifted Portion of the Major Prize may be allocated, with the approval of the Promoter, to the Charity with or for whom the winner undertakes the charitable mission.
ROKT shall be entitled to rely on the earlier instructions of the winner in distributing the applicable portion of the prize to the nominated eligible charitable institution. All entries into the draw shall be given the same number of entries into the draw, irrespective of whether an election to donate a portion of the prize is made.
Across all regions the Major Prize winner also has the option to utilise the travel voucher component of the prize to be used for a charitable mission with a partner charity as advertised to be either a donation, assistance for the mission or used as salary reimbursement for time away from their full time profession.
For US Residents the Travel Portion of the Prize comprises:
$10,000 USD travel voucher from the Promoter’s chosen travel partner. $10,000 USD spending money for the winner only, who must travel via ROKT’s office, as set out below.
Total Prize Value (including Travel Portion and Gifted Portion): $25,000 USD
For Canadian residents the Travel Portion of the prize comprises:
$15,000 CAD travel voucher from the Promoter’s chosen travel partner. $15,000 CAD spending money for the winner only, who must travel via s ROKT office, as set out below.

For UK residents the Travel Portion of the prize comprises:
£7,500 GBP travel voucher from the Promoter’s chosen travel partner £7,500 GBP spending money for the winner only, who must travel via s ROKT office, as set out below.

For NZ residents the Travel Portion of the prize comprises:

Traveling via a ROKT office: The winner is required to fly via their closest ROKT office in either Sydney, Singapore, New York, Los Angeles or, London and spend at least 1 night at a hotel selected by ROKT at the start of the trip for a prize ceremony and interview. Costs for flights, accommodation & transfers will be used from the travel voucher allowance. ROKT will withhold the final 10% of prize value until prize event is completed.
For the avoidance of doubt, there is only one (1) prize being awarded in this promotion.
The prize will be awarded based on the Entrant’s postcode that was used in the winning entry and checked using I.P. Geolocation. The winner’s region must match their physical location and actual place of residence.
