8. Entry Restrictions
Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
Entrants must not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party as part of their entry or participation in the Promotion.
9. How to enter
Online entry:
During the Competition Period:
(a) listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials and in
show mentions to visit the Station Website or via www.hughesyandkate.com.au and complete the online entry form by providing their contact details and stating in 25 words or less “Tell us about an unusual or unique business you’ve seen”. The Entrant will also be asked to enter their businesses website and social handles if appropriate.
(b) each entry submitted by the time specified by the Station will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station. The Station will select the entry it deems to be the “best” from all valid entries received within the time specified. The Station will then contact the relevant entrant to invite them to take part in the competition on air (may be live in show or pre- recorded)
(c) Each day Hughesy & Kate be given the name of an Australian business that is unique in nature (at ARN’s discretion). One of them will have a true description of what the business is, the other will have a false description of what the business is. Hughesy & Kate will both need to put on an impressive sales pitch and convince the registered listener on the line that they are telling the truth about what the business is.
(d) if the relevant entrant correctly identifies who has the correct business description they will be deemed the winner for that day and will receive a prize at the discretion of ARN
(e) If the entrant guess incorrectly Hughesy & Kate may go to the next registered listener or the Prize will roll over or jackpot to the following day at ARN’s discretion.
(f) At the Promoter’s discretion, contesting segments may either be broadcast live to air, or may be pre-recorded off air, ready to be broadcast on air later.

 Materials do not contain images or copyright materials of
anyone else unless they have the express consent of that
person(s);
 Materials do not contain anything which is (as determined by
the Promoter in its discretion) obscene, defamatory, or
otherwise inappropriate.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate any entry which does not meet the criteria above.
By entering this competition, Entrants grant to the Promoter a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use the materials for the purposes of conducting the competition and for marketing and promotional purposes.
