2. Employees of Esther Boutique or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

3. Contestants must enter via https://www.esther.com.au/pages/summer-lovin-bundle-giveaway from Sunday, January 1st, 2017 at 9:30am – Sunday, January 29th at 11:59pm aest, 2017 2016 to be eligible to win Esther’s New Year Health & Wellness Bundle.

4. Eligibility: Esther’s New Year Health & Wellness Bundle is open only to those who enter at the online Esther’s New Year Health & Wellness Bundle Giveaway page. The giveaway is open to citizens of all countries and is void where prohibited by law.

5. Closing date for entry is Sunday, January 29th at 11:59pm aest. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

10. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The winner will be chosen based on the number of points earned as well as the contestant's answer to “why health is important to them in 2017" The best answer will be decided by a panel of Esther employees.

12. The winner will be notified by email / letter / social media within 2 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
