2. Entry is open to Residents of Cairns including (Cardwell to Palm Cove & Tablelands) who are either
18 years or older.
3. Promotion commences on Monday 2 January 2017 at 9.00am and concludes on Friday 20 January
2017 at 9:00am EST.
4. To enter this competition, during the promotion period mentioned above, entrants must do this via
the Woobox link on the Mt Sheridan Plaza Facebook Page and enter their name, contact number &
email to be eligible.
5. Registration or participation in this competition is deemed the entrants acceptance of these Terms
& Conditions of Entry. Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions is a condition of entry into this
competition.
6. All times noted within these terms and conditions are AEST.
7. Entry is not open to customers of Mount Sheridan Plaza. Staff (including staff of Mt Sheridan Plaza
tenants), owners, employees or contractors of Mt Sheridan Plaza are not eligible to enter this
competition.
8. Winners will be drawn at random from the entries accepted on Friday 20 January between 9:00am
and 12:00noon and will be notified via Facebook & Telephone.
10. No Late entries will be accepted.
11. Entrants must complete all contact details required on the Woobox entry form, to be eligible.
12. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other prizes. Prize must be
claimed within 3 weeks of notification of winning entry. Prize unclaimed after this period will be
forfeited.
13. All entries become the property of the promoter.
14. By entering this competition, you agree that Mount Sheridan Plaza shopping centre may use
photos taken for the media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any
further reference, payment or other compensation to you.
