Terms and Conditions
1. The Competition is conducted by Purveo Wines ABN 13 156 340 359 (Administrator).
2. The Competition opens on 18 January 2017 at 8:00am AEDST and closes on 13 February 2017
5:00pm AEDST (Promotion Period).
3. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. In order to
complete your entry, you must:
3.1 in respect of Facebook - LIKE the post; COMMENT by stating what Valentine’s Day
means to you on the promotional picture and LIKE Bubbelini (@bubbelini) on Facebook;
or
3.2 in respect of Instagram - LIKE the post; COMMENT by stating what Valentine’s Day
means to you on the promotional pictures; TAG 2 friends on Instagram and FOLLOW
Bubbelini (@bubbelini) on Instagram.
Multiple entries are accepted, however 2 different individual ‘friends’ must be tagged each time
on Instagram and a different comment must be made on Instagram or Facebook (as the case
may be) via a new post. The Administrator reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason
in its absolute discretion (including inappropriate comments, incomplete entries or entries made
on behalf of a person by a third party).
4. Entry into the Competition will be deemed to constitute acceptance of these Terms and
Conditions. The Administrator may amend, add to, vary or revoke these Terms and Conditions
at any time. The Administrator may, in its absolute discretion communicate with entrants
regarding the Competition via email, Instagram or Facebook.
5. The Competition is a game of skill. 1 entry will be selected from the list of comments as the
winning entry within a reasonable time after the Competition closes. The Administrator will
select the winning entry that it considers, in its absolute discretion, to best reflect “the essence
of the Bubbelini brand”. The winner will be notified via Instagram and / or Facebook within a
reasonable time after the Competition closes. The winner must respond to the notification within
72 hours. If a winner fails to respond to a notification within 72 hours, he or she will forfeit the
right to any prize and the Administrator will select an alternative winner in accordance with these
Terms and Conditions. The Administrator may, in its absolute discretion require a winner to
provide proof of his or her identity as condition of a prize being awarded to that person.
6. The prize comprises: 1 x $60 gift voucher to spend at Kate Hill Flowers and 1 x bottle of Purveo
Wines’ signature sparkling wine Bubbelini. If the winner is located in metropolitan Melbourne,
they will have to attend the store, located at 537 High Street, Prahran, Victoria, to redeem their
prize. Fresh flowers cannot be sent to locations outside metropolitan Melbourne. Accordingly, if
the winner is situated outside metropolitan Melbourne, the $60 Kate Hill Flowers voucher will be
redeemable for items other than flowers (e.g. candles, vases and hamper items). Once items
are selected by the winner, they will be sent to the winner together with the bottle of Bubbelini.
7. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferrable. The Administrator reserves the
right to substitute any one or more individual items of the prize with another item of comparable
value (as determined by the Administrator in its absolute discretion).
8. If the Administrator determines, in its absolute discretion, that the Competition is not capable of
being conducted for any reason, it reserves the right to modify the Competition (including by
cancelling, suspending or postponing the Competition).
9. The Administrator will not be responsible for:
9.1 any website or other technology failure or any other act or omission outside its control
(including any failure by the winner to receive a notification); or
9.2 any loss, damage, liability (including negligence) or consequence whatsoever suffered
by any party arising out of or in connection with the Competition.
10. The Administrator may request the name, email, contact number and delivery address of the
winner for the purpose of supplying the winner with their prize. Entrants can choose not to
provide this information, however, they will forfeit their prize if they win. All personal information
collected will be handled in accordance with Purveo Wines’ privacy policy (see: http://
www.bubbelini.com/#!privacy-policy/a3fut).
11. All decisions by the Administrator are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria and each party submits to
the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
13. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with
Instagram or Facebook. By entering the Competition, you acknowledge and agree that
Instagram or Facebook will not be responsible for any liability whatsoever arising out of, or in
connection with, the Competition.
