1. Information on how to enter and prize form part of these Rules. By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Rules. Entries must comply with these Rules to be valid.
2. Any costs associated with entering the competition, including accessing the website, are the responsibility of each entrant.
3. This competition is open to people who are legal permanent residents of Australia aged 13 years or over. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Fantastic Furniture Pty Limited (“Promoter”) and their parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors and franchisees and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each) and those living in the same households of each are not eligible. If an entrant is under 18 years, they must have their parent or guardian's consent to enter this competition. The Promoter may request this consent in writing.
4. The competition commences at 08:00am (AEST) on 9 April 2017 and all entries must be received by 11:45pm (AEST) 15 April 2017. Entries received after the end date will not be considered. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
5. To enter the competition, Entrants must:
(a) Go to the Fantastic Furniture Facebook page
www.facebook.com/Fantasticfurniture/. The Fantastic Furniture Page will publish a daily post advising what day of the competition it is.
(b) Like the Fantastic Furniture Facebook page and follow the Fantastic Furniture Instagram page.
(c) Be the first to comment on the daily Fantastic Furniture Facebook post with the correct location of the Easter egg for the day it is representing.
6. To be a valid entry, the entrant must provide all requested details and all answers must be entered in English.
7. The winner will be contacted daily from April 10 to April 16 2017 at 62 Hume Hwy Chullora, New South Wales. The winner will be announced on the Fantastic Furniture Facebook page

8. The winner will be chosen based on providing the correct location of the daily Easter egg. The first correct answer that is posted on the Fantastic Furniture Facebook daily post (comments section) will win one (1) Fantastic Furniture gift card worth $50.
9. Total value of prizes is $350. Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Taxes on any prize awarded are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to entering inappropriate responses (including but not limited to profanity and potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory language), submitting multiple entries that are not different or submitting an entry that is otherwise not in accordance with these Rules. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered in any way.
11. The winner will be notified using their Facebook details within two business days. If, for any reason, any winner cannot be contacted by 16:59 (AEST) on 20 May 2017, that winner will forfeit their prize and another winner may be selected.
12. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant’s or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
13. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to request all entrants to produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm any information submitted by the claimants in entering the promotion before issuing a prize. If the documentation required by the Promoter is not received by the Promoter or an entry has not been verified or validated to the Promoter’s satisfaction within the time requested, that entry will become invalid.
15. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with using any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
16. All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The name, state of residence and photograph of any winner may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter unless the winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting the prize.
17. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the competition and where appropriate award prizes.
