The Interflora ‘Mother’s Day’ 2017 Woobox Competition Terms & Conditions
1. The Promoter of The Interflora ‘Mother’s Day’ 2017 Woobox Competition (“The Promotion”) is Interflora Australian Unit Limited (“Interflora Australia”) 4-12 St Edmonds Road, Prahran Victoria 3181.
2. Participating in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
3. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
Eligibility
4. The Promotion is open to Australian residents 18 years and over only, where the residential address is within Australia.
5. No purchase is required to enter.
Entry
6. The Promotion commences on Wednesday 19th April 2017 at 9:00am AEST and closes on Wednesday 3rd May 2017 at 11:59:59am AEST (“Promotional Period”)
7. To enter the Promotion, entrants must complete the entry form.
8. Entries in any other form are not permitted.
9. Entrants are permitted to enter once.
10. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or other automated means are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
11. Entries must be submitted in the English language only.
12. Once submitted, entries may not be altered or deleted.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to alter at its absolute discretion the Promotional Period.
Entry Content
14. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify:
Any entries that tamper with, or attempt to tamper with the entry process;
Any entries that the Promoter considers manipulative, unrepresentative or disproportionate;
Any individuals found entering who corrupt or affect, or attempt to corrupt or affect, the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the entry process.
15. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
16. Any incorrect details submitted may render the corresponding entry invalid.
Determining and notifying the winners
17. There will be one grand prize winner
18. The Winner of the Promotion will be announced on Thursday 4th May 2017 at 11:59am AEST on the Interflora Australia Facebook page.
19. The most creative entry will be deemed the grand prize winner.
20. Entrants consent to have their names and entries posted to the Interflora Australia Facebook page if they win. Interflora Australia reserves the right to decide whether to post the Winner’s name and/or entry.
21. The Winner will also be notified by email at the end of the Promotional Period on Thursday 4th May 2017 by Interflora Australia.
22. Once notified by email, the winner agrees to respond in a timely manner.
23. If the Winner has not responded to the notification email by Thursday 11th May 2017, a runner-up will be chosen in their place and notified by email.
24. If the runner-up has not replied to the notification email prior to Thursday 18th May 2017, the runner-up forfeits their prize.
25. Once a winner has been picked, that winner will be given a package credit voucher to book their accommodation dates and treatments directly with Gaia Retreat. Once travel dates have been picked, Interflora Australian Unit Ltd will book flights.26. The grand prize winner releases Interflora Australian Unit Ltd from all liability arising after having booked flights.
Prizes and Claiming Prizes
27. There is one grand prize to be won.
28. The grand prize is valued at AUD$7605.50 (GST inclusive) and made up of the following:
Flowers for mum on Mother’s Day (value of $105.50).
2 x return Economy flights from Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Hobart, Adelaide or Perth (valued up to $1500).
3 nights twin share accommodation package at Gaia Retreat (valued up to $6000) including:
All gourmet meals
One Hour Signature Retreatment Facial per person
One Hour Complimentary Massage per person
One Hour Gaia Signature Body Polish per person
One Hour Gaia Manicure or Pedicure per person
Daily 90 minutes Morning Yoga

29. The value of the Prize is AUD$7605.50 (GST inclusive). Prize value is the recommended retail value as provided by the suppliers, and is correct as of the time of promotion.
30. The Prize Winner and their travelling companion must travel from the same place and at the same time. The Prize Winner and the Travel Companion of the Prize Winner are responsible for arranging, at their own cost and expense, all transport to and from their principal place of residence to the airport at their nearest capital city. If the winner is unable to use both tickets at the same time, they will forfeit the additional ticket and no compensation will be given in lieu. Any changes or costs incurred once the tickets have been issued will be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
31. The Prize must be booked through Gaia Retreat. The Prize cannot be changed once the booking has been confirmed by Gaia Retreat. Once booked, flights cannot be changed.
32. The Prize Winner has up to 6 months to choose a travel date and redeem the travel prize. Winner may choose their dates but will be subject to accommodation and flight availability. If travel dates have not been chosen within this time period, the Prize shall be deemed null and void.
33. Both winner and travel partner must be over 18 years of age.
34. Winner may choose to take any member of their family, spouse, or friend. Accommodation is twin share and will not be altered.
35. Winner and travel partner may choose additional treatments and classes at their own cost to be arranged with Gaia Retreat.
36. The winner and their companion must comply with all regular terms and conditions of the elements of the Prize including, but not limited to, the accommodation and flight provider.
37. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the service provider. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
38. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner (and their companion) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
39. The itinerary is to be determined by the winner in agreement with the Promoter and Gaia Retreat, but in the event that agreement cannot be reached, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the itinerary. The itinerary cannot be changed by the winner once the booking has been confirmed by the Promoter.
40. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the Prize.
41. The Prize is not transferable to another person or exchangeable for other goods and services and cannot be redeemed for cash.
42. Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions of Entry, the Prize Winner is responsible for all other expenses including but not limited to spending money, meals (outside of those provided), drinks, transfers, laundry charges, activities, incidentals, taxes, energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs.
43. The Prize does not include travel insurance. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.44. Prize travel is subject to the General Conditions of Carriage of Qantas and Jetstar airlines.
45. The Promoter is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances in which the prize cannot be redeemed. This includes but is not limited to weather or natural disasters, or personal circumstances affecting the Winner or their travel partner. If the prize is not redeemed during the travel dates determined the Winner forfeits the Prize.
46. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using any part of the Prize.
47. The Prize must be accepted within the Terms and Conditions of Entry and cannot be varied. In the event for any reason a winner does not take an element of the Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be supplied in lieu of that element of the Prize. Where a Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that Prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities, where required.
48. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow the winner to take part in any or all aspects of the Prize, if the Promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that the winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the Prize. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
General
49. Employees and Directors of Interflora Australia or agencies associated with the Promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter the Promotion. Immediate family means any of the following:
a. Spouse
b. Ex-spouse
c. De-facto spouse
d. Child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption)
e. Parent
f. Step-parent
g. Grandparent
h. Step-grandparent
i. Uncle
j. Aunt
k. Niece
l. Nephew
m. Brother
n. Sister
o. Step-sister
p. Step-brother
q. First cousin
50. The Promoter’s decision concerning any aspect of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
51. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, suspend, cancel or recommence the Promotion if:
a. For any reason the Promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned
b. If the promotion is corrupted or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion is affected.
c. If the determination of the winners or delivery of the prize is prevented or hindered by any event outside Interflora Australia’s control subject to approval by relevant state regulatory authorities.
52. Except for any liability not excluded by law, entrants release and indemnify the Promoter from and against all actions, claims and liabilities that the entrant now has or in the future may have against the Promoter for any loss, damage or injury (including any special or consequential loss) suffered as a direct or indirect results of the entrants participation in the promotion.
53. This Promotion is covered by the Laws of Victoria.
