Entry is only open to NSW residents aged 18 years and over. Employees, and their families, of the Promoter, Warilla Grove ("Centre") retailers, or agencies and companies associated with this promotion, are ineligible to enter.
The promotional period commences 09/08/2017 at 10.30am and will close 04/09/2017 at 9:30am.
To enter this promotion, customers of Warilla Grove must spend a minimum of $20 at any retailer to receive an entry form into the draw. The customer must then complete this entry form and place it in the marked barrel outside ALDI during the promotional period.
A barrel draw will take place at 10:30am on 04/09/2017. The first valid ticket drawn from the barrel will receive the first prize package outlined below. The second valid ticket drawn from the barrel will receive the second prize package outlined below. The third valid ticket drawn from the barrel will receive the third prize package outlined below. If any ticket drawn is deemed to be invalid a redraw will take place.
The first prize package is 1 x TCL 55" S6000 Full HD LED LCD Smart TV. Total Value $795.00.
The second prize package is 1 x Trojan 11 Drawer Tool Chest and Trolley (Item Number 6120442) with 1 x $200.00 Bunnings Gift Card. Total Value $529.00.
The third prize package is 1 x Weber Original Kettle BBQ with 2 x $50 Bush’s Meats Gift Vouchers. Total Value $429.00.
Total prize pool for this promotion is $1,753.00.
The winners will be notified via phone and/or email within 2 days of the draw taking place.
The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
The prizes will be on display at Warilla Grove Shopping Centre for the duration of the promotion. The prizes must be taken in as-is condition. Collection of prizes is the responsibility of the prize winners.
The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the promotion including the prize and these Conditions of Entry, subject to the approval of the gaming authority in NSW where relevant.
