Entry into this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
Entry is only open to residents of Queensland. Westfund employees, and the immediate families of the Promoter, its associated companies, advertising agencies and participating retailers and their employees are ineligible to enter or win.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for interfering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
Competition commences at 07:00am AEST on 09/10/2017 and closes at 5:00pm AEST on 07/12/2017. The draw will take place at the temporary Westfund Health Insurance kiosk in the Toowoomba Grand Central Shopping Centre on the 8th December 2017 between the hours of 11:00am AEST and 03:00pm AEST. The winner will be by phone after the draw is made via a Toowoomba radio station. The winner may also be contacted via email.
Quote must be provided at the temporary Westfund Health Insurance kiosk in the Toowoomba Grand Central Shopping Centre.
Only one entry will be given per prospective membership. Quotes on different cover types will only constitute one entry.
Prizes: The first valid entry drawn will win a Fitbit Surge Black Watch valued at $328 and a Fitbit Aria Smart Scale WIFI Black valued at $148.
Total prize pool is $476. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize or the prize value.
Entrants must be residents of Queensland. The winning entrant must agree to have their name and image published on Facebook and other Westfund promotional materials. Employees of Westfund Ltd and associated companies and their immediate families and any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of any prize.
Promotional materials are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
Printing errors and other quality control matters will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. All valid claims for prizes and entitlements will be met.
No responsibility is accepted for late entries after the promotion period has lapsed.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought by winners.
All registration entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion. To do this, the Promoter may disclose your personal information to other companies associated with this promotion and to State and Territory lottery departments. Winners’ names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. If you do not provide your personal information, the Promoter will not be able to enter you into this promotion. Unclaimed Prize Draw – If any prizes are unclaimed by 14/12/2017, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 5pm on 18/12/2017 at Westfund Health Insurance in Maroochydore, Queensland. The winners will be notified by telephone or email.
