a) Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
b) Entrants must be able to book the prize/s within 6 months of issue date and take the prize within 12 months of issue date. Entrants unavailable to travel within the specified dates will forfeit their entry.
c) Entrants [and their companion/s] must be the holder of a current passport with at least 6 months validity from the travel date.
d) Entrants must confirm they have no prior criminal convictions or other hindrances that would stop them from travelling to international locations
Online entry:
During the Competition Period:
(a) Each week on the dates specified in 6: Competition Period start Date & Time, The Will & Woody team will reveal clues about the holiday destination they are giving away during that contesting period. All clues and answers will be at the discretion of the Promoter. Clues may be given away on-air and online/via social media or other digital platforms.
(b) listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials, social media and in show solicits to visit the Station Website and complete the online entry form including but not limited to; providing their contact details and by entering in 25 words or less (judging by the clues that have been delivered in show with Will & Woody that week) “What destination would you like to visit and why?” within the time period specified each week. The Entrant must also be able meet all the mandatory requirements in order to enter the Competition.
(c) each valid entry submitted by the time specified by the Station will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station. The Station will select the entry it deems to be the “best” (in its absolute discretion) from all valid entries received within the time period specified. The Station will then contact the relevant entrant to invite them to on-air on the dates outlined above.
(d) if they correctly identify “Will & Woody’s Destination Unknown” for that competition period (as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion), they will be deemed the winner for that week and will receive a prize. If they incorrectly guess the destination Will & Woody will continue to speak to registered listeners until someone correctly identifies the location for that week. This segment may be pre-recorded during a time at ARN’s discretion.
(e) Winners who do not answer their phone when contacted will forfeit the prize and another winner will be invited to speak on air.
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish, however each entry must be submitted via a separate online entry form and
contain a different answer to the 25 word or less question. Entrants may only win one major prize each throughout the entire contesting period.
Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, correctly identifying the location including the town/city and country for that contesting period, creativity, humour and suitability for radio at the promoters discretion
There are up to four (4) prizes to be won, as follows:
- Flight Centre e-gift card up to the value of $10,000 AUD (inc GST) to be used to travel to the destination the Contestant has won as part of the Promotion.
Up to $40,000 (incl GST)
Winners will be notified:
- via telephone
- on air at the time of winning
Entrants must be able to book the prize/s within 6 months of issue date and take the prize within 12 months of issue date. Entrants unavailable to travel within the specified dates will forfeit their entry. Winners authorise Flight Centre marketing to call them to arrange prize fulfilment.
The major prize will be provided to the major prize winner/s by the prize provider: Flight Centre Pty Ltd. Winner must also adhere to the Prize Providers terms and conditions when redeeming the prize and ARN accepts no responsibility for winner not adhering to the Prize Providers terms and conditions.
Flight Centre marketing to engage a state marketer to allocate a consultant (state marketer to notify the consultant in the first instance). If the customer doesn't have a preference, we should allocate it to a store closest to them, or the 24/7 team.
Digital gift card will be managed by a Flight Centre consultant and the voucher is only to be spent on the winning destination.
Travel
• Travel must be taken on the date to be specified by the Promoter/ is subject to black-out period as specified by the Prize Provider. If a winner and travelling companion are, for whatever reason, unable to travel during these dates or do not take an element of the prize within the time stipulated, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner.
