Item 6 Entry Restrictions (i) Age – Entrants must be aged 13 years or
over at the time of entry. Entrants who are
not 16 years of age or older must ask their
parent or guardian for permission before
entering the Competition or providing any
Personal Information as defined in Clause 14
of the General Terms.
(ii) Resident Status – Entrants must be
residents of Australia or New Zealand.
Item 7 Method of Entry The Competition can be entered online at the Website.
Entrants must:
a) Go to nick.com.au and navigate to the
competition entry page.
b) Complete the entry form.
c) Submit a photo of how you’re watching
Nickelodeon over the summer.
Entrants must provide the following information for a valid
entry:
(i) First Name
(ii) Last Name
(iii) Street Number
(iv) Street Name
(v) Suburb
(vi) Post Code
(vii) State
(viii) Country
(ix) Phone
(x) Email
(xi) Upload Photo entry of the entrant
watching Nickelodeon (i.e. watching
Nickelodeon or the television, on a
tablet, or mobile device)

d) There will be one (1) prize winner for the
competition period.
Item 8 Competition Entry Opens 8.01AM AEDT and 10.01AM NZD. on Monday 28th
December 2020.
Item 9 Competition Entry Closes 7.59am AEDT and 9.59am NZDT on Friday 29th January
2021.
Item 10 Competition Drawn Australia & New Zealand
From 10.01am (AEDT) and 12.01pm (NZDT) Tuesday 2nd
February 2021
Item 11 Drawing Details The Competition will be drawn at 1 Saunders Street,
Pyrmont NSW 2009
Item 12 Notification Date Australia & New Zealand
From 10.01am (AEDT) and 12.01pm (NZDT) Wednesday

Item 13 Notification Method Winners will be notified by email.
It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that the
details in their entry are correct, including without limitation
telephone contact number, email and postal address
details, and no responsibility will be taken by the Promoter
for any incorrect or out of date information. Entrants must
supply a valid telephone number with their entry.
Item 14 Draw Publication Details N/A – individual prize value less than A$500.
Item 15 Prize There will be one (1) major prize winner who will win the
following major prize:
• One (1) Nintendo Switch Lite – Grey valued at

• One (1) SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for

Item 16 Unclaimed Prize Draw Where a winner cannot be contacted in accordance with
Clause 6 of the General Terms, the Promoter will hold an
Unclaimed Prize Draw.
This draw will be held at 3.00pm Wednesday 17th February
2021 at the location set out in Item 11 of these Specific
Conditions and winners will be notified by the method set
out in Item 13 of these Specific Conditions and published
in accordance with the method set out in Item 14 of these
Specific Conditions.
Item 17 Special Conditions 1. The Promoter will not be responsible for replacing
or retrieving any prize sent to an incorrect
address based on incorrect details provided by
any winner.
2. Entrants may enter this Competition an unlimited
number of times.
3. Competition Prize winners will be drawn at
random from the pool of entrants who have
successfully completed the entry form.
4. Any and all ancillary elements or costs associated
with any part of the Prize not specifically detailed
in Item 15 are the sole responsibility of the Prize
winners.
5. In the event the Competition is promoted on
social media platforms:
The Competition is in no way sponsored,
endorsed or administered by, or associated with
Instagram
Entrants agree to abide by the Instagram Terms

endorsed or administered by, or associated with,

By entering the Competition, each entrant
releases Facebook, Inc from any and all liability
to the entrant arising in any way from the conduct
of the Competition.
By entering this Competition, the entrant agrees
to hold harmless, defend and indemnify
Facebook from and against any all claims, losses
and expenses with respect to or arising out of or
related to entrant’s participation in the
Competition, or entrant’s participation in any prize
related activities, acceptance of a prize and/or
use or misuse of a prize.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to reasonably
vary and/or modify these Specific Conditions for
the duration of the Competition, and any such
variations will be communicated by a re-published
