Terms and Conditions:
1. Membership promotion where entry is gained through being a Financial Club member.
2. Entry tickets are generated when purchasing a Middy, Schooner or any Toohey’s product on Tap.
3. Responsible Service of Alcohol will always be adhered to
4. Promotion to Commence Monday 1 March 2021 from 11.30am, via POS system.
5. Tickets cease printing from POS system at 6.00pm Friday 26 March. Barrel closes 6.45pm
6. Promotion Draw Friday 26 March 2021 6.45pm Level 1 Bar after the raffle has concluded.
7. This promotion is scheduled for the Ballina RSL Club Level 1. Bar and Boardwalk Bar only.
8. On purchases tendered in Cash, Eftpos, Credit card or YR points for a Middy, Schooner or Pint of
Toohey’s New, Toohey’s Old, XXXX Gold, Hahn Super Dry, Hahn 3.5, Hahn Premium light or James
Squire 150 Lashes a ticket will be generated at the point of sale and handed to the member. The
member can then place the ticket in the barrel provided at any time.
9. One ticket per completed transaction
10. Tickets are only valid for entry in the Promotion running at the time of purchase. Tickets are not
transferable for other promotions.
11. Winner to be determined via a Barrel Draw.
12. The winner must be on the premises at the time of the draw.
13. The winner will be announced via the Club’s Public Address System in all public areas of the Club.
14. Winning draw will be given 4 minutes to present themselves to the Host (ref SI) with their current
membership card which must include a photo. If membership card does not include a photo
additional ID is also required.
15. A redraw from the original ticket pool will take place until a valid prize winner is found.
16. Prize is not transferable is not redeemable for cash and is valid for one transaction only.
17. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding.
18. The prize value will not exceed $1500.00.
19. Prize includes:
a. 1 x $1500.00 NSW Short Stay Holiday Voucher from Ballina Cruise and Travel*.
20. Ballina RSL Club Ltd staff, management or Board of Directors are not eligible to participate.
