Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and their immediate families
of the Promoter –Neeta City, retailers and agencies associated with Neeta City are
ineligible.
3. Promotion opens 9am AEST on Friday 30 April 2021 and closes 5pm AEST on Sunday
9
th May 2021.
4. There is a total of 5 (five) x AUD $100 EFTPOS gift cards to be won with a total prize
value of $1,000 including GST.
5. The details of the prize are:
Prize: ‘Facebook Sign Up to Enter There is a total of 5 x $100 EFTPOS gift cards to
spend at any of our retailers at Neeta City. Total prize value is $1,000 including GST.
Prize is not transferrable for cash.
6. To qualify, customers must visit the @NeetaCity Facebook page and enter their Name,
Phone number and Email Address in the sign up form.
7. Multiple entries are not permitted.
8. 5 winners will be selected based on a draw at Neeta City Shopping Centre, 54 Smart
St, Fairfield NSW 2165 at 12pm Monday 10th May 2021.
9. Prize winners will be notified by private Facebook message.
10. Prize winners must present ID to confirm identity to claim prize.
11. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any
entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry not in
accordance with these conditions of entry.
12. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
13. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Prize is non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
15. The Promoter will collect and use each entrant’s personal information for the
purposes of:
a. conducting the Competition (which may include disclosure to third
parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the Competition)
and for promotional purposes, public statements and advertisements in
relation to the Competition;
b. providing information about the products and services offered by the

c. research to improve its products and services.
16. By entering the Competition, entrants consent to the use of their personal

17. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury
suffered or sustained as a result of redeeming this offer, except for any liability which
cannot be excluded by law. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the
office of the Promoter.
18. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that
office. Upon the entrant’s request, all information provided will be removed from our
