As you know, were huge fans of simple cocktails, and by teaming up with @sunshineandsons.com.au we've created a drink so easy and delicious that we had to give away some kits to try for yourselves!
The Melon & Mint Spritz ✨
30ml Sunshine & Sons Parfait Gin
1 can of VitaMelon Watermelon Sparkling
A handful of fresh watermelon, muddled
2 or 3 leaves of mint
Add all ingredients to a tall glass and stir well until all combined (don't add carbonated drinks to a cocktail shaker, trust us...). Add ice to the top and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
