ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same household of such employees are ineligible. This Contest is open only to those who are legal residents of, and located within, Australia at the time of entry. All national and local laws and regulations apply. Void outside of Australia and where prohibited. The Sponsor may report, as required by applicable statute or regulation, the value of the prizes, and the identity of the winners, to appropriate taxing authorities.
AGREEMENT TO RULES
By participating, the participant (“You”) agrees to be fully bound by these Official Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest.

CONTEST PERIOD
The Balsam Hill AU Autumn Treasures Giveaway 2021 ("Contest") entry submission begins at 1.00pm AEDT on 18 May 2021 and ends at 11.59pm AEDT on 24 May 2021 ("Contest Period"). The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Contest. Entries received beyond the Contest Period will be void.
Winner announcement will be published on the Balsam Hill AU Facebook and Instagram Pages on or about 12.00pm on 25 May 2021.
HOW TO ENTER
The Contest will use “Easypromos” as its Official Contest App. Contest is hosted on:

1. Connect the décor style with its closest colour.
2. Match them by clicking the Christmas tree photo then the colour box.
3. Check your score.
4. Complete the entry form with the information required and submit your entry.
The submission of this entry form constitutes one entry to the RANDOM draw.
LIMIT
Participants can only win once.
Participants may only use one (1) e-mail address to enter this Contest. Multiple participants are not allowed to use the same e-mail address. Each participant in the Contest must be the rightful owner or have authorized use of the e-mail account indicated by the participant in the Official App. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the winner submitting an entry, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the e-mail account is opened. The e-mail account must be opened prior to the commencement of the Contest. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to the Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry(ies) will be deemed ineligible. The Sponsor shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Contest. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability of any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.
WINNER SELECTION/DRAWING
One (1) winner will be determined and announced twenty-four (24) hours from the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Winner will be determined by random drawing by an authorised representative of the Sponsor from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. All decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Except as specifically provided herein, the prizes are guaranteed to be awarded. The Sponsor may report, as required by applicable statute or regulation, the value of the prizes and the identity of the winners to appropriate taxing authorities. Prizes will be awarded to a winner only if she or he fully complies with these Official Rules.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winners will be notified via Facebook and Instagram announcements and private message or e-mail and will be required to complete and return a Certificate of Eligibility within seven (7) days of date of notification or alternate winners may be selected from valid entries received. If the winner fails to return the required document within the specified time period, cannot be contacted, is ineligible, has been disqualified, fails to respond or claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification is sent, or where the prize or prize notification returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and, at the Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.
The Sponsor shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

One (1) winner will be chosen and the Sponsor will award the winner an 75 cm. Holiday Grace Wreath SKU: 4002650
Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prizes (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By accepting the prizes, the winners agree to the release or his or her name, likeness, and/or entry or entries for potential publicity purposes, where permitted by law.
RIGHTS GRANTED
Except where prohibited, You understand and agree that Your participation in the Contest constitutes Your consent to the Sponsor’s, and its agents’ right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and worldwide, without limitation, Your entry, name, picture, likeness, image, statements about the Contest, and biographical information for news, publicity, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, You agree that the Sponsor and its affiliates, agents and promotion agencies, as well as EasyPromos, shall not be liable for any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from the winner's participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse, of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, privacy or defamation.
The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to You or any other person, or to Your or any other person's computer or telephone equipment relating to or resulting from entering, participating in or downloading materials or software in connection with this Sweepstakes or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, stolen, or postage-due submissions or prize notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or those found to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
