9. Entry Method

Phone entry:
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) On-air announcers will invite entrants to call 13 59 50 during a specified time period (as
determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion), for the opportunity to play
Smooth Stars;
(b) From the entrants who successfully call 13 59 50, up to one (1) entrant will be selected by the
Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) (each, a Selected Entrant) and will
be invited to play Smooth Stars on-air in the relevant contesting spot.
Smooth Stars:
(a) In each contesting spot, Selected Entrants will, on-air, be invited to listen to the Smooth Stars
audio, and then identify the celebrity voice/s featured in the Smooth Stars audio, by full
name and in the correct order, (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute
discretion). The Smooth Stars audio may feature one (1) or more voices, (as determined by
the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion). For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must
name a different celebrity for each voice in the Smooth Stars audio. The same name cannot
be repeated for more than one (1) voice/s in the audio.
(b) If a Selected Entrant is the first Selected Entrant to correctly identify one (1) or more celebrity
voice/s by full name and in the correct order in the Smooth Stars audio, but does not
correctly identify all of the celebrity voice/s in the Smooth Stars audio (as determined by the
Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), the Selected Entrant will receive one (1) Minor
Prize per celebrity voice correctly identified by full name and in the correct order (of up to
three (3) Minor Prizes in total) (for example, “The first voice is Olivia Newton John”).
(c) If a celebrity voice has previously been identified on air by a past Selected Entrant (as
determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), another Selected Entrant
cannot win a Minor Prize for identifying that voice on air, thereafter.

(d) The first Selected Entrant to correctly identify all the celebrity/celebrities featured in the
Smooth Stars audio by full name and in the correct order (as determined by the Promoter in
its sole and absolute discretion) will be deemed the Major Prize winner and be awarded the
Major Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, the Major Prize winner will only be awarded the
Major Prize and will not have any entitlement to any Minor Prize/s, even if the Major Prize
winner is the first contestant to guess a celebrity voice/s by full name and in the correct order
(as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
(e) At various times during the Promotion Period, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute
discretion) give clues and hints as to the celebrity voice/s on air and/or online, however the
Promoter is under no obligation to do so.
(f) At various times during the Promotion Period, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute
discretion) reveal the name of one or more of the voices in the smooth stars audio, however
the Promoter is under no obligation to do so. For the avoidance of doubt, if the Promoter
reveals the name of one or more of the voices in the smooth stars audio, the first Selected
Entrant to state the name revealed by the Promoter on-air will not be eligible to receive a
minor prize.
(g) The Promoter’s decision/s as to the operation and outcome of each contesting spot and the
Promotion generally are at the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion and no
correspondence will be entered into.
10. Entry Restrictions Entrants may only submit guesses on-air as specified in the Entry Method. Guesses submitted in any
other way will be deemed invalid, as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion.
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear
on air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion)
may replace that entrant by contacting another entrant and inviting them to appear on air or
participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process
until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on air or
participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner and they may not be invited to appear on
air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a
winner and awarded a Prize.
11. Draw Details

At various times on weekdays during the Promotion Period, between 8.30am and 5.30pm [AEST], at the
Promoter’s premises.

Major Prize
There is one (1) Major Prize to be won, comprising of:
(a) $50,000AUD transferred via EFT into the Major Prize winner’s nominated Australian bank
account.
(b) One (1) x five door car, automatic transmission, valued at up to $34,000 (incl GST) and
includes all on statutory and on road costs, registration, delivery/collection costs, CTP
Insurance but does not include any additional insurance, licence/s, other accessories, and
any other ancillary costs not listed in this Prize section.
Minor Prize
There are up to three [3] Minor Prizes to be won, each comprising of:
• $5,000AUD to be electronically transferred to the winner’s valid Australian bank account.
