1.    HEADLINE DETAILS

1.1.    Promotion entrants must be:

1.1.1.    Residents of: Australia.

1.1.2.    Minimum age: 18 years.

1.2.    Employees and contractors of the Promoter, and their immediate families, are not eligible for entry.

1.3.    Start time and date: 12.00am AEDT on 1 June 2021.

1.4.    Closing time and date: 11.59pm AEDT on 31 July 2021.

2.    PRIZES

2.1.    There will be one winning entrant (Winning Entrant) in total.

2.2.    The Winning Entrant will receive 6 x boxes of Comfy Koalas Eco Nappies, a Dockatot Deluxe, a $150 Endota Spa Gift Card, a Loco Love Rainbow Gift Bundle, and a Write to Me Baby Book.

2.3.    The total value of the entire prize pool is $1136.60 AUD.  The prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash from the Promoter.

2.4.    If the Winning Entrant lives in Sydney, they are responsible for collecting the prize from Brookvale within 30 days. If the Winning Entrant lives outside of Sydney, the prizes will be posted to them at the expense of the Promoter.

3.    PROMOTION ENTRY

3.1.    By participating, the entrant agrees to be bound by these conditions.

3.2.    The promotion starts at the time and date specified in condition 1.3.  Entries must be received by the time and date specified in condition 1.4 (Promotion Period).

3.3.    To enter the promotion, the entrant must, during the Promotion Period complete the online entry form in exchange for 1 entry. The entrant can complete three additional actions to earn a further 99 bonus entries. (Totalling 100 entries maximum).

3.4.    By entering the promotion, the entrant consents to:

3.4.1.    receipt of any communication regarding the promotion and other communication which informs the entrant of the Promoter’s products, services and events; and

3.4.2.    the Promoter using the entrant's photo submission (Bonus Entry) to the promotion in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of advertising and marketing this promotion (including any outcome), the Promoter’s products and services or the Promoter more generally.

3.5.    All photo submissions (Bonus entry) must be the original independent creation of the entrant, owned by the entrant and free of any claims, including copyright or trademark claims by other parties.

3.6.    The Promoter reserves the right to:

3.6.1.    verify the validity of entries and entrants;

3.6.2.    disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions;

3.6.3.    to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights, or in the Promoter’s opinion, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory language.

3.7.    Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

4.    SELECTION OF WINNING ENTRANTS

4.1.    A winner will be selected on 2 August 2021 (Selection Date).

4.2.    The Winning Entrant will be selected at random, in response to the statement outlined in condition 3.3.

4.3.    The promotion is a game of chance.

4.4.    The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

4.5.    Entries are limited to 100 per entrant.

4.6.    Subject to the unclaimed prize draw at condition 4.7, if for any reason a Winning Entrant does not take a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that prize will be forfeited.

4.7.    If a prize is unclaimed a subsequent draw may take place no later than 30 days following the Selection Date, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.

5.    WINNING ENTRANTS’ NOTIFICATION AND PUBLICATION

The Winning Entrants will be notified within [5] working days of the Selection Date.
