Terms & Conditions:
To enter, participants are required to visit the Oz Comic-Con website (ozcomiccon.com) and complete the entry form detailing in 25 words or less who they would select to be apart of their Tune Squad and why.
Winner will be determined by a panel of judges based on the most creative response.
There will be one (1) major prize winner and ten (10) runners up winners in total. The major prize winner
will receive 1 x Xbox Series S, 1 x 12 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 1 x limited-edition
Space Jam controller, 2 x Space Jam POP Vinyl figurines, 1 x framed Space Jam animated film
still, 4 x in season passes to see Space Jam in cinemas (total prize valued at $1050). Each runner up
winner will receive 1 x double pass to see Space Jam in cinemas, a Space Jam mystery mini fig (total prize valued at $57).
Prize values are based on recommended retail prizes and are correct at the date of printing individual promotion terms and conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in prize value between now and the ultimate date individual prizes are taken.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever the prize winner does not or is not able to take the prizes at the time stipulated by the Promoter for any reason, the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
All entries must be received by 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday 7th July 2021. No entries will be accepted after the close date. Entries must be correct, complete and comprehensible. Entries become the property of the promoter and will not be returned.
Winners will be judged at Expertise Events, Unit 4/1 Skyline Place, Frenchs Forest NSW 1640 at 10:00am AEST on Thursday 8th July 2021.
The winner will be the entrant whose entry is judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter to be the most creative from all entries received. The competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
The judges’ decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
The winners will be notified via email within 1 day of the draw.
To claim their prize, the winner may be required to provide supporting identification. The winner must be at least 12 years of age. If the winner, for any reason, does not take any element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the winner forfeits the prize, with no compensation or further liability of the Promoter.
The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
