1. This competition is run by HomeStart Finance (ABN: 82 8291 698 85) located at Level 5 169 Pirie Street, Adelaide South Australia 5000 and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or any other social media platforms. All enquiries should therefore be directed to HomeStart Finance (HomeStart).
2. To enter the entrant must click on the link to the HomeStart Competition and submit your details.
3. By participating you agree that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions as provided.
4. You must be eighteen (18) years of age to enter this competition and to receive the prize.
5. Any costs associated with entering or redemption of the prize including travel to Adelaide Zoo or Monarto Safari Park remain the responsibility of each entrant and are dependent on the internet service provider used and under no circumstance will be the responsibility of HomeStart or Zoos SA.
6. This competition commences on Thursday, 1 July 2021 at 9:00 (9am) and ends on Sunday, 11 July 2021 at 23:59 (11:59pm). After this date and time no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
7. Four (4) Each prize includes;
Prize – Light Creatures at Adelaide Zoo Experience
Tickets for a family of four (All Ages) to attend Light Creatures at Adelaide Zoo (randomly chosen date from 23rd, 24th, 30th or 31st July 2021), valued at $108 each. To redeem the voucher the winner will need to contact the Adelaide Zoo, via the Zoos SA booking team to update the name for the booking. There is no minimum age for this Experience, however children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Tickets are date-specific and once a chosen date has been drawn for each winner by HomeStart Finance the tickets and date cannot be changed, nor can the tickets be refunded or exchanged for other Zoos SA products.
8. HomeStart will draw winners and allocate prizes and dates at random. Each winner will be contacted after 09:00 (9am) Tuesday, 13 July 2021. The winner has until 17:00 (5pm) on Thursday, 15 July 2021 to confirm their acceptance of the prize via return email.
9. If the winner has not confirmed by their intention to accept the prize by 17:00 (5pm) on Thursday, 15 July 2021 the prize will be forfeited and HomeStart have the right to run a redraw competition.
10. Dated tickets will be emailed out to the winners.
11. The winners will be published on the HomeStart Finance website.
12. These prizes are non-transferrable, non-redeemable for cash and cannot be sold.
13. HomeStart reserves the right to disqualify any entrants or entries where HomeStart reasonably suspect any unlawful or improper conduct, or if there has otherwise been a breach of the competition Terms and Conditions.
14. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you are also subscribing to our marketing database. This may be used to send you promotional material relating to HomeStart products, competitions, upcoming events and surveys. When receiving any material from HomeStart, you will be provided with an unsubscribe option. Please refer to the HomeStart Finance privacy collection statement.
15. Where HomeStart collects your personal information for the purposes of running this competition, HomeStart complies with the Privacy Act 1998 (Cth).
16. HomeStart staff and their immediate families are not permitted to enter this competition.
