Entry:
Take a photo or video of something you’re proud of or a fun activity you enjoy doing with your Kynd Support Worker or NDIS Participant. Briefly tell us why you’re sharing your photo or video. (You can enter as many times as you like)
By submitting an entry into this competition, you understand and agree that we may use your entry (First name, written submission, photo or video) across our website, social media and other online channels.Judging:
Judging criteria
The winning entry will be chosen by a representative of the Promoter based on quality of imagery or video supplied, originality and strength of story.
Time and place
We will judge the entries at 87 West Burleigh Rd, Burleigh Heads or online on Wednesday 1st September 2021.
The winner will be contacted on Thursday 2nd September 2021 and the winner announced on our Facebook and Instagram page on Friday 3rd September 2021.
Notification:
We will notify the winner by email.
1. About these terms
1.1. By entering into this promotion, you accept these Terms and Conditions (Terms).
2. General
2.1. The photo and video competition is conducted by KYND PTY LTD (ABN 45 615 837 762). The ‘Promoter’.
2.2. Information on how to enter and on prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2.3. These terms refer to Brisbane time unless otherwise stated.
2.4. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may also cancel or suspend this competition if an event beyond the control of the Promoter corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition. The Promoter will disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process or any other aspect of this competition.
2.5. We may need to suspend or cancel the promotion if we become unavailable to conduct it as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond our reasonable control.
3. Who can enter
3.1.
To enter this competition you must be an NDIS Participant, NDIS Participant Guardian or NDIS Support Worker.
3.2. You must have a Kynd account.3.3. Consent must be given by the NDIS Participant and/or their Parent/Guardian or Support Worker(s) before any photos or videos are taken and submitted into the competition.
3.4. We may disqualify you if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms or have compromised the fair conduct of this promotion by acting unlawfully or improperly.
4. How to enter
4.1. Entries must be submitted from Thursday 29th July 2021 to Tuesday 31st August 2021. No entries will be accepted after 11.59pm 31st August 2021.
4.2. Entrants must follow the instructions provided online at
www.kynd.com.au/competition.
4.3. The Entrant may enter as many images or videos as they like into the competition.
4.4. Images or videos submitted must not exceed 50MB.
4.5. All details provided by the Entrant must be true and accurate.
5. Judging
5.1. Each entry will be individually judged based on the Judging Criteria at 87 West Burleigh Rd, Burleigh Heads or online on Wednesday 1st September 2021. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
5.2. The Judging Criteria includes quality of imagery or video supplied, originality and strength of story.
5.3. We may select additional reserve entries which we determine to be the next best, and record them in order in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant.
5.4. The Winner will be notified by the email registered upon entry within 24 hours of selection on Thursday 2nd September 2021.
5.5. In the event, the prize notification email is returned as undeliverable, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected by the Promoter.
5.6. The Winner will be announced on Kynd’s Facebook and Instagram page on Friday 3rd September 2021.
5.7. Our decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prize
6.1. There is one Prize to be won as outlined online on the competition webpage
www.kynd.com.au/competition. One winner will receive a $250 Red Balloon gift voucher to be used with their Kynd Support Worker or NDIS Participant.
6.2. The Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you win the Prize, but do not take it at the time specified by us, you will forfeit the Prize.
6.3. You cannot exchange the Prize for cash, goods or services.
6.4. The value of the Prize at the time we provide it may be different from the value advertised in our promotional materials. We are not required to ‘make up’ any difference in value.
6.5. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
6.6 If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering unauthorised intervention, technical failures or other caused beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or effect the administration, security, fairness integrity of proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion.
7. Privacy
7.1. We collect your personal information to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose your personal information to third parties but limited to advertising partners and prize suppliers.
