$150 discount is off the normal selling price of digital multifocal/progressive lenses only, not including sale items or additional coatings.

The offer is available for the following lenses, classified as digital progressive/multifocal PANPEP, PANEPS/PANEPW, PANIMP, PANVAN, VLXX3D & OFFALR only.

$150 off prescription lenses only applies to the purchase of a complete pair of glasses (frames and lenses) with digital multifocal/progressive lenses or a complete pair of prescription sunglasses with digital multifocal/progressive lenses.

Complete pair of prescription glasses or prescription sunglasses must be purchased in one transaction.

Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, value bundle, discount, rebate or benefit other than a health fund benefit, except the 50% off 2nd pair offer which can be used in conjunction with this offer, but the $150 discount will apply only to the pair of prescription glasses with the highest price.
