Information on how to enter and the prize(s) set out in all communication regarding the Gillette ‘Life Time Cricket Experience’ Promotion (the “Promotion”) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is invalid. The Promotion commences for purchases at 10am AEDST on 03/01/2022 and finishes at 11.59pm AEDST on 30/01/2022 (“Purchase Period”). Entry period is 03/01/2022 at 10am AEDST to 11.59pm AEDST on 03/02/2022 (“Entry Period”).
Entry into the Promotion is only open to individuals who satisfy the following eligibility requirements (“Eligibility Requirements”):

To enter, individuals must satisfy the Eligibility Requirements and undertake the following steps:

www.gillette.com.au/CWHCricketWin follow the prompts to the promotional entry page, input the requested details (including their full name, telephone number, a valid email address, and their full purchase receipt number) and submit the completed entry form during the Entry Period.
Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:
only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction and per receipt regardless of the number of Gillette System Razor products purchased in that transaction; and
each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements
unrecognised receipts will be deemed.
For the sake of clarity, entrants may purchase multiple Gillette System Razor (Fusion5, Skinguard, Proglide or Proshield) product(s)to enter multiple times however each purchase must be a separate transaction on a separate receipt to allow a valid entry in each case.
Entrants must retain the original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase is Chemist Warehouse, that an eligible Gillette product was purchased and that the purchase was made during the Purchase Period but prior to entry.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. A secondary draw will be conducted should the prize be unclaimed by 07/03/2022 at 11.59pm AEDST, and the original winner will forfeit their right to the prize. The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on 08/03/2022 at 1 Basalt Road, Pemulwuy NSW 2145 at 11am AEDST. The winner of the unclaimed prize draw (if one is needed) will be notified via email within two business days.
The winner will be published [www.gillette.com.au/CWHCricketWin] on 08/02/2022. In the event a secondary draw is conducted, the secondary winner will be published on [www.gillette.com.au/CWHCricketWin] on 15/03/2022.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf. During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age.
If for any reason the winner does not take the prize (or an element of the prize) at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited by that winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of their prize.
If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification (subject to legislative approval).
Spending money over the allocated amount, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included.
Prize must be taken to coincide with the [Cricket Series 22/23] and is subject to booking and flight availability. The winner and his/her companion/s must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. All ticket prizes are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject the winner (and his/her companion) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.
Cricket Australia reserves the right in its absolute discretion to change or amend the International Cricket fixture without notice. Neither the Promoter nor Cricket Australia accept responsibility for the cancellation or delay of any cricket match connected with this Promotion for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter or Cricket Australia.
By entering this promotion entrants agree to comply, and ensure that each subsequent ticket holder complies, with the ticket conditions which accompany any tickets won in conjunction with the promotion. Entrants also agree to comply, and ensure that each subsequent ticket holder complies, with Cricket Australia’s 2022/23 Ticket and Entry Conditions (available at ww.cricket.com.au/tickets) supplemented by conditions of entry imposed by the venue operator. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
